Well here it is and a wonderful engaging interview from two experts on top of there game and able to reach out to the general public and communicate the science clearly, it would have been an honour to have been taught by either. Keep up the good work and thank you again.

Wearable tech is great - for the individual. But let's not kid ourselves: the reason CoV-2 came through the US and apparently the UK and did damage to such a large proportion of those under 60 is the highly processed foods we consume and in some cases subsist on, leading to all sorts of things (obesity, HTN, diabetes, etc). So, until a direct link between these foods is made to kidney disease, to dialysis, to infections and amputations, we can wear all the tech we want, good public health ain't coming any time soon. We need tighter regulation of HFCS, sugar, and yes maybe artificial sweeteners, and we need mass public education campaigns. Stop profiting off the lower middle class and people under stress. Now!

Genetics being the fixed factors with the extremely flexible epigenes surrounding them and tell them how to be expressed. Amazing proof of the absolute uniqueness of an individual!

I’m not bothered about sharing my details with anyone involved in this project but there is a bit of me that is worried about privatisation of our health care system and not being able to be insured for something because of something I logged on an app years ago. I know it sounds ‘tin foil hat’ but I don’t trust this particular government at all.

When a study concludes that supplementation of vitamin D for a month or two does not help to prevent disease is it possible the study is inadequate? An analogy might be a study that looks at a month or two of regular excercise concluding that excercise does not help prevent disease.
We all know a month or two of any lifestyle change probably won't have a big impact on preventing disease it takes years to develop a strong healthy body and immune system?
All these studies I see debunking the impact of nutrition on disease management look to me as if they have been designed to fail. 🧐

Good interview, I would be interested to hear Professor Tim's views on Vitamin D, especially as he mentioned it a few times. I got the impression Dr John wasn't so keen to discuss sadly.

For a time I was sure Tim Spector was a pun... like Tim - data - inspector ->Tim spector or something. Not sure if I feel dumb or disappointed. Probably both.

Hi Dr. Campbell, thanks for the video.
May I suggest you to invite Dr. Sabine Hazan. She is a general practitioner with 3000 or more Covid patients with zero mortality, but she also a queen of Microbiome. She just release a paper about microbiome related to Covid. Thanks.
