Aussie Moto Vlogs is a perfect example of how to handle situations and I think some of you (specifically american) biker karens need to learn from him. Uses his horn instead of rev bombing, knows the person knows they made a mistake and doesn't need to school them and drive unsafely next to them going onto a motorway. We all knew what we were getting into when we started riding so just prepare to laugh it off like he did.

My bike is super loud and I made it that way so that people will know that I'm around them so rev bombing makes way more sense than the horn. I've had people jerk back to their lanes as soon as they hear it vs the horn where they don't even hear it. So in some cases it does make more sense to rev bomb.

For all bikers out there. Use HORN instead of rev bombing. Horn is much easier to notice, and it's easier to tell where it's coming from and why. Excessive rev bombing many times leads to a confusion, car driver doesn't know wtf is going on, and maybe ends up doing something stupid when they get scared of the sound. Sometimes it can sound like someone would be coming towards you 100mph.

A car a few spaces up saw me coming,he stuck his car out as if he was going to take the shoulder too… I honestly think he thought it was a lane,so he was merging over.. I didnt think twice about him and I kept going.. but another biker could’ve easily thought he was trying to block them or harm them…. But I made it out and he did too..cause that could’ve gotten ugly real quick.. moral of the story,just move on

A car a few spaces up saw me coming,he stuck his car out as if he was going to take the shoulder too… I honestly think he thought it was a lane,so he was merging over.. I didnt think twice about him and I kept going.. but another biker could’ve easily thought he was trying to block them or harm them…. But I made it out and he did too..cause that could’ve gotten ugly real quick.. moral of the story,just move on
Hind sight is 20/20 but, doesn’t it seem like there are a lot of videos on this channel where the biker is angry at the other drivers even when it is part to 100% their fault for riding recklessly and/or while breaking the law? Remember my fellow riders, we are exposed targets, ride like someone is always trying to kill you. It is of NO consolation to anyone to have written on your tombstone “well, at least he had the right of way”.

It’s easy to have that opinion. Here’s what would have happened if he actually had to shoot that guy: he would have been prosecuted. Completely avoidable.
