The impossible is possible I didn't do a pushup since 2020 i gained 10kg I started training months ago again at home I always imagine myself training so hard doing push ups so i can feel good cuz i tried many times to do one push up and i failed every time Today i felt depressed and cried i felt angry my motivational voice told me so many stuff I get myself up i was so angry I did 7 push ups I was amazed I didn't do push ups since 2020 i tried so many times i couldn't until today I said to myself the impossible is possible
