Im not saying all randoms are bad players as we are all randoms to other players. However these are the missions you want to specifically avoid doing with people you don’t know that aren’t cooperating. They can be disastrous. Almost all of these missions are worth doing as they have good payouts its just better to play them with friends. I have chosen the missions that I have witnessed the most fails for. Most are heists but there are some others. I hope you guys enjoyed it. Let me know down below any random fails you have witnessed that were really bad.

I've been saying this for the longest time. They need to let us buy snacks and armor from the heist load out screen. I've played other games that do It. Cause it sucks when you fail a heist a few times and you've used up almost all of your snacks and armor. It should replenish the snacks you've used. And when you've run all out, it's a giant pain in the ass and a waste of time to go back to free roam and get more snacks and then go back to your office or facility to restart the heist all over again and waiting another 10-20 minutes for new people to re-join! If they implement the idea what I just explained, then people wouldn't be so fed up and quit a heist. Cause we all know the enemy AI is super cheap and they have insane perfect pinpoint accuracy! The Pac bank heist finale is a perfect example of super ridiculously insane AI enemy. It's so insanely difficult finishing it with 4 random people that most times you need to glitch a helicopter just to finish it.
Hey #Pro, u r right I play all my heist missions but I have problem in Deliver EMP , Everytime when I need to play it, get failed by other players who didn't know what we need to do and someone alerted by guard they making me crazy and I stop playing anymore in this mission 😂😂

There's 2 types of randoms in my experience, group A and group B. Group A always asks for a high cut in my casino heist, and then they proceed to mess it up. Group B are always chill and ready up even when their cut is 15%, but somehow they're the best randoms I've ever had the pleasure of working with, and then I feel bad not giving them a higher cut.
The only problem I have with randoms is the big con and that stupid vault times because SO MANY TIMES THEY TAKE TO LONG AND KILL THE RUN BECAUSE THEY NEEDED THAT EXTRA 30K
Funny story, I’ve played the prison break finale with lvl 300 players and they didn’t know what they were doing. But then I played with lvl 30 players and we managed to complete the elite challenge 😑
The Past week with the Heist Challenge I tríed the prisión break with Ramdoms(I'm a sólo grinder) everything was Fine until the Host died at Parachuting xD

When I did EMP with randoms it was my 147th time trying it, one random snuck through everything and finished it by the time I was at the first building. Forever grateful
Fleeca bank: random doesn't know how to drill. Prison break: parachuting and crashing the plane getting out of cover AND not knowing how to use a sticky bomb to blow up the bus. Humane labs: Doesn't give the gunner the right angle to shoot so we get destroyed. Series A: Just being to dumb to commit suïcide by thinking he can drive through water. Pacific: flying of the mountain with the bike and not jumping of their bikes so they die. Doomsday 1: dying before they even reach the facility. Doomsday 2: crashing the avenger or blowing up the stromberg. Doomsday 3: Just getting killed bc he wanted to be the best and not use cover. All my experiences in heists by randoms
If I joint with random on finalle heist only I don't mind if him paid me only 10% (Cuz I feel I don't help him setup 10% is more than enough for me 15% is good 20% is excellence but 25% CUT THAT 5% OFF!!!)
Randoms suck when they want more than what they are worth. If I play as a random and it's the heist i do want at least 15%. If you're a grinch the barely gives the other players at least 15% i won't play with you. The only times I take less than 15% is if I'm grinding with friends who need the money more.
I didn’t join heists until I was sure that I was at least competent and had the tools. I’ve refrained from doing the prison break until I got the armoured kuruma which I can’t use due to it taking decades to have a full lobby
As a solo player, I kinda wish Rockstar made more solo missions in GTA Online. I know GTA Online is supposed to be played with other people but it still would be great to have options to play without friends or dealing with randoms like this.
back on the ps3 i completed all hiest missions on hard with randoms. it was hell! the stupidety of those random players was insane! Lots of rage quiters,trolls,not listening,killing themselfs,screwing up the mission etc and now i always say this : *People think thy are so skilled killing unarmed players over and over again, but let them play a heist mission on hard and u wil see how "skilled" thy really are!*
@@6vouces837 still, you can get the gold and make much more money if you play with another person. But I like how rockstar finally caught on and gave us a fully solo heist. That's how the rest of the heists should've been, I hate relying on other players for missions and heists. Hopefully gta 6 whenever it gets released will be a fully solo online game

He kept following me into the roomz then when I got the briefcases he drove the wrong way, then he drove on the bridge but into the tunnel, then he tried going under the Cargobob but couldn't, then he just drove randomly wherever he pleased
I remember doing the Pacific Standard Finale. Had no experience, but we somehow got to the bikes on the second attempt. Then our heist leader was a hacker and spawned a car, then that car teleported us all the way to the end. Best heist ever.
When I first started gta, I played with 3 random doing the pacific standard and they let me hack the vault door. We did this heist multiple times (don't remember how), the con about this was that they used me and gave me a bad cut lower than 15%
i had a random on the fleeca job he gave me 20% and gave me driller role and when it was time to drive under the cargobob he got lost and drove back to the bank... 6 TIMES IN A ROW
Once time i was doing the first mission of the Fleeca Job, WHICH DOESN'T EVEN HAVE SHOOTING. And i got with a player the intentionally start shooting inside the car, provoking the attention of the police and failing the mission, just because it didn't wanted to do the hacking minigame which is a little annoying, but not hard. When i let him be the driver, even in this role he was terrible, crashing the vehicle and taking a very long time to come back, I spent the rest of the mission making my character giving him the finger inside the car.
When it comes to heist, whenever I play with randoms leveled 30-90 they are usually good at the heist and know their roles and know how to do it. I even finished the prison break finale with level 60s randoms and we completed it. However anytime a random level 200-300s player joins they usually are terrible and sometimes they intentionally messed up the heist. They will go afk or not do anything right. I was playing the Valkyrie mission and this level 300 random kept shooting at his own teammates with the up’n atomizer to try and mess up the heist
Prison Break - Station is really up there, Agent 14 VERY CLEARLY tells you “do anything that necessary to get a cop car” yet randoms still don’t know what means
I use my Toreador and blow up a car. I go to the nearest police car that spawns, take out the police in the car, steal the car, lose the heat and do the rest of the mission.
I ask for a 5% pay cut if they aren't willing to swap me to pilot. People are so bad at pilot. Fly behind the enemy jet, let demo launch missiles at prison guards. Land on field in front of prison ... why drive all they way to the SS airport when you can get on the plane early when there are few cops around?
In the prison break heist,once one player ending up drowning because of not knowing how to swim.Also one player landed on the cliff and ended up dying by fall.
Apparently people can't parachute properly. I've seen a lot of them dying there, or landing on the cliff, jump and die, or dying at the beginning of Humane Raid.
I was doing criminal mastermind and the only time any of us died was during the Humane Labs Heist. The guy who was flying screwed up landing the helicopter so bad, it went into the water, blowing up, and killing all of us. Also, I can't tell you how many times people got the boat on land at the end of Pacific Standard.

Crazy how the Deliver EMP was the most fun mission I've ever done with randoms. Since past one month has been absolutely boring due to Tuners update, I decided to play OG heists with randoms and accepted an invite by some Thai guys for Deliver EMP last month. Me and those guys were all playing it for the first time and we didn't knew what to do exactly but after few attempts we all co-ordinated and got the job done very easily. Best part is that I was communicating with them via text chat in the game but since we knew what we were supposed to do, we got the job done. After that they invited me to their discord server and we've been playing together for past 4 weeks
Cam I have done the heist many times, and even with some of my friends that do it for the first time, mess up. I have a low level friend that had low health capacity, and died many times. Don’t try to do the heist with anyone unless they have done it before.
so the people that have not done them get fuck out of doing them because of people like you.. why not try and help ... i have never done any of them. but would like to. it would be nice if more people were willing to help and expect noobs like me to mess up.. and no not saying try and help all because i know there are some that really dont care.
Exactly I haven't even finished the DDH because of the stupid people I do it with, and what's annoying is that sometimes there like rank 145 or 207 or even 800 (random numbers) I'm rank 80 and I gotta practically carry the damn team
When I saw number 3 being Prison Break, I instantly remembered this one time on Prison Break So I was playing on PS3 (This was about 4 months after Heists came out) with a group of randoms. I was demolition, and everything was going well (for once). But then we get to the plane section and this is where the random's IQ levels go into the negative numbers. First the pilot took 1 HOUR to lose the cops. I'm not even kidding. He kept flying into the helicopters sight lines. I constantly shot down helies, but this guy kept flying into them. After he plugged his brain back on and actually lost the cops (I want to point out that I kept losing the cops during this time, and I was using both the mic and even messaging him on PSN asking what he was doing) we got to the pickup point, only for all 3 of these guys to decide that it would be a great idea to run underneath the helicopter and block the landing zone. I then said multiple times to get out of the way, saying that i couldn't land, but dumb, dumber and dumbest didn't get the message, so i landed, killing 2 of them on landing, with the other deciding that a great place to stand was right next to the tailblades. To make matters even worse (if it couldn't get worse already) the officer (they all respawned because they died near enough at the same time) decided to commit suicide by jumping off the cliff, failing the heist and causing me to swear off Heists with randoms forever (And that's something I've kept to this day)
I was at the beach in the prison break, we landed and had to lose the cops. Someone just left, and we couldn't get anyone else to join. This is why my only heist completed is the Fleeca job, and why I don't do them any more.

Prison heist. I have had SO many randoms not being able to fire a gun, not being able to fly a buzzard, not knowing how vehicle weapons work, killing themselves while destroying prison bus, the list goes on. I also had a guy somehow explode the velum when he hadn't even left the runway. To this day I've still not been able to finish it. This is the same situation with Pacific Standard, except all the issues on PS stem from people somehow crashing a motorcycle.

Me and some randoms did the Pac Standard finale and I was so surprised how well it went. We were on hard mode and only lost around 100k. And it was so impressive XD

I also have another story. I was pilot and he was demolition, and I was behind the jets. And he just couldn’t fly the chopper. Eventually he got really angry and started having a fit, saying it was our fault that *he didn’t know what he was doing.* Of course this was ridiculous, and I said that either he pulled his act together or leave. He tried to pull it together but just fell apart, and I kicked him from the heist.
Honestly, it took me 2 attempts with randoms for the Prison break heist a couple days ago, it was my first attempt and there was non issues. Now the deliver EMP setup .... this infuriates me
It took me over 4 days and numerous attempts with randoms. I have once, no joke, had a random DROWN on the beach in the prison break finale. It was the end of the heist, they drowned, and we had to restart the whole thing
The Humane lab raid where you have to play the stealth mission randoms really screwed up all the time because it's easy stealth Mission sometimes they don't use suppressed weapons and they screwed up so many times
For this reason I practically rush straight in and jack the Hydra before anyone else first. I know how to use the Hydra, it's my go-to when it comes to HeadHunter, only failed the Setup ONCE thru several playthroughts and only because I (well, WE) accidentally crashed into someone else. Everything else, smooth as Hell.
Well i must be lucky then cause when i did that mission i joined somebody i took the hydra and didnt crash and to let you know it was my first time flying it
I was in prison break as a random and had 25 percent cut and I was the pilot... I landed and was waiting for them to get in.... One of them ran into the blades of the plane

One time, I was playing he insurgents setup with 2 friends one 1 random. When we got the insurgents and the choppers started to chase us. The random (who was in the gunner seat) jumped out and proceeded to shoot the choppers with a carbine rifle. Died instantly.
14:35 Omfg. Back when I was on missions, activities and heist, and not freemode PvP, I was doing this mission with my friend. We were not the most skilled players on a heist, but we knew how to follow instructions and we had common sense, but we were still just two and we needed two more randoms... My god, idk what part of "stealth" they didn't understand, they were killing over and over the guys they first saw and by some reason tried to kill the car so many times inside. We tried this countless times with randoms, and some of them even said that it was our fault for taking too long to kill guards. We ended up telling the last randoms to just hide and wait, and just then the hell ended.
I once did act 3 finale with a random and I only took 15% cut. He also was around rank 100 and he let me do all the work, once we finished I bet he felt it was the best thing it happened to him on the game, he was so happy

Once i was doing the rescue agant ulp mission with my friends my cousin and his friend were saying we are very good at rescuing ulp and they kept failing. A couple of days later we did the setup again and a was alone rescuing ulp and i did it first try

Idk I think I got too close and maybe the game puts a forcefield around the jet that shoots you if you get too close I think..? I’m not sure. It looked like when I got shot it’s like when you enter the military base and don’t own a hangar the jets have aimbot, you can go check out whatever57010’s video called zancudos dirty secrets and when it gets to the part where the jet shoots you even tho the plane is facing a different way, it looked like that when it happened to me in the heist.
For act 3 finale I was playing with ransoms and we got to the end and this one guy kept failing because he just jumped out of the thruster instead of landing it
My stories: One time on a cargo sale a random was got to my cargo truck first, went to the drop off and WAITED for me to catch up just so I could watch him drive it straight into a lake One time on the prison break the prison guard guy couldn’t seem to work out how to not crash the bus into the guard at the prison gate about 5 times before I just quit and restarted with new people. A different person thought it was funny to blow up the buzzard ON THE BEACH right before the finish. Someone else once asked me for a 50% cut like dafuq And I am just cringing at my memories of trying to complete the deliver EMP

There are plenty of players like this out there and probably griefing right now. Unfortunately Gta online is like a magnet for such soziopaths.
Believe it or not, GTA Online's player base is utmost at toxicity.
And most randoms beg for 25% at finalle when they didn't help and ensure that they are a "great heist member", and then you see him die 20+ times
This is why you let them know their cut before you launch heist. Are you cool with 15-20%? If they don't agree kick them and someone else will join.

If I joint with random on finalle heist only I don't mind if him paid me only 10% (Cuz I feel I don't help him setup 10% is more than enough for me 15% is good 20% is excellence but 25% CUT THAT 5% OFF!!!)
Randoms suck when they want more than what they are worth. If I play as a random and it's the heist i do want at least 15%. If you're a grinch the barely gives the other players at least 15% i won't play with you.
The only times I take less than 15% is if I'm grinding with friends who need the money more.

As a solo player, I kinda wish Rockstar made more solo missions in GTA Online. I know GTA Online is supposed to be played with other people but it still would be great to have options to play without friends or dealing with randoms like this.

He kept following me into the roomz then when I got the briefcases he drove the wrong way, then he drove on the bridge but into the tunnel, then he tried going under the Cargobob but couldn't, then he just drove randomly wherever he pleased
I remember doing the Pacific Standard Finale. Had no experience, but we somehow got to the bikes on the second attempt. Then our heist leader was a hacker and spawned a car, then that car teleported us all the way to the end. Best heist ever.

When I first started gta, I played with 3 random doing the pacific standard and they let me hack the vault door. We did this heist multiple times (don't remember how), the con about this was that they used me and gave me a bad cut lower than 15%

i had a random on the fleeca job he gave me 20% and gave me driller role and when it was time to drive under the cargobob he got lost and drove back to the bank... 6 TIMES IN A ROW

Once time i was doing the first mission of the Fleeca Job, WHICH DOESN'T EVEN HAVE SHOOTING. And i got with a player the intentionally start shooting inside the car, provoking the attention of the police and failing the mission, just because it didn't wanted to do the hacking minigame which is a little annoying, but not hard. When i let him be the driver, even in this role he was terrible, crashing the vehicle and taking a very long time to come back, I spent the rest of the mission making my character giving him the finger inside the car.
When it comes to heist, whenever I play with randoms leveled 30-90 they are usually good at the heist and know their roles and know how to do it. I even finished the prison break finale with level 60s randoms and we completed it. However anytime a random level 200-300s player joins they usually are terrible and sometimes they intentionally messed up the heist. They will go afk or not do anything right. I was playing the Valkyrie mission and this level 300 random kept shooting at his own teammates with the up’n atomizer to try and mess up the heist

I use my Toreador and blow up a car. I go to the nearest police car that spawns, take out the police in the car, steal the car, lose the heat and do the rest of the mission.

Apparently people can't parachute properly. I've seen a lot of them dying there, or landing on the cliff, jump and die, or dying at the beginning of Humane Raid.
I was doing criminal mastermind and the only time any of us died was during the Humane Labs Heist. The guy who was flying screwed up landing the helicopter so bad, it went into the water, blowing up, and killing all of us.
Also, I can't tell you how many times people got the boat on land at the end of Pacific Standard.
Luckily the boat on land is not a problem anymore as we have the Up-n-atomizer. I saved a Pac standard heist last week with that pistol...

Crazy how the Deliver EMP was the most fun mission I've ever done with randoms. Since past one month has been absolutely boring due to Tuners update, I decided to play OG heists with randoms and accepted an invite by some Thai guys for Deliver EMP last month. Me and those guys were all playing it for the first time and we didn't knew what to do exactly but after few attempts we all co-ordinated and got the job done very easily. Best part is that I was communicating with them via text chat in the game but since we knew what we were supposed to do, we got the job done. After that they invited me to their discord server and we've been playing together for past 4 weeks

Cam I have done the heist many times, and even with some of my friends that do it for the first time, mess up. I have a low level friend that had low health capacity, and died many times. Don’t try to do the heist with anyone unless they have done it before.

When I saw number 3 being Prison Break, I instantly remembered this one time on Prison Break
So I was playing on PS3 (This was about 4 months after Heists came out) with a group of randoms. I was demolition, and everything was going well (for once). But then we get to the plane section and this is where the random's IQ levels go into the negative numbers. First the pilot took 1 HOUR to lose the cops. I'm not even kidding. He kept flying into the helicopters sight lines. I constantly shot down helies, but this guy kept flying into them. After he plugged his brain back on and actually lost the cops (I want to point out that I kept losing the cops during this time, and I was using both the mic and even messaging him on PSN asking what he was doing) we got to the pickup point, only for all 3 of these guys to decide that it would be a great idea to run underneath the helicopter and block the landing zone. I then said multiple times to get out of the way, saying that i couldn't land, but dumb, dumber and dumbest didn't get the message, so i landed, killing 2 of them on landing, with the other deciding that a great place to stand was right next to the tailblades. To make matters even worse (if it couldn't get worse already) the officer (they all respawned because they died near enough at the same time) decided to commit suicide by jumping off the cliff, failing the heist and causing me to swear off Heists with randoms forever (And that's something I've kept to this day)

I was at the beach in the prison break, we landed and had to lose the cops. Someone just left, and we couldn't get anyone else to join. This is why my only heist completed is the Fleeca job, and why I don't do them any more.

Prison heist. I have had SO many randoms not being able to fire a gun, not being able to fly a buzzard, not knowing how vehicle weapons work, killing themselves while destroying prison bus, the list goes on. I also had a guy somehow explode the velum when he hadn't even left the runway. To this day I've still not been able to finish it. This is the same situation with Pacific Standard, except all the issues on PS stem from people somehow crashing a motorcycle.

I remember on the prison break finale, me and my friends had gotten through the prison and did everything correctly. Then, as we lost the cops and we had tried to get into position for the plane... *he crashed into a hill*
I also have another story. I was pilot and he was demolition, and I was behind the jets. And he just couldn’t fly the chopper. Eventually he got really angry and started having a fit, saying it was our fault that *he didn’t know what he was doing.* Of course this was ridiculous, and I said that either he pulled his act together or leave. He tried to pull it together but just fell apart, and I kicked him from the heist.

The Humane lab raid where you have to play the stealth mission randoms really screwed up all the time because it's easy stealth Mission sometimes they don't use suppressed weapons and they screwed up so many times

How abt the Hydra mission? Many times clueless randoms run for the hydra yet have no idea how to fly it
For this reason I practically rush straight in and jack the Hydra before anyone else first. I know how to use the Hydra, it's my go-to when it comes to HeadHunter, only failed the Setup ONCE thru several playthroughts and only because I (well, WE) accidentally crashed into someone else. Everything else, smooth as Hell.

One time, I was playing he insurgents setup with 2 friends one 1 random.
When we got the insurgents and the choppers started to chase us.
The random (who was in the gunner seat) jumped out and proceeded to shoot the choppers with a carbine rifle.
Died instantly.

Omfg. Back when I was on missions, activities and heist, and not freemode PvP, I was doing this mission with my friend. We were not the most skilled players on a heist, but we knew how to follow instructions and we had common sense, but we were still just two and we needed two more randoms... My god, idk what part of "stealth" they didn't understand, they were killing over and over the guys they first saw and by some reason tried to kill the car so many times inside. We tried this countless times with randoms, and some of them even said that it was our fault for taking too long to kill guards. We ended up telling the last randoms to just hide and wait, and just then the hell ended.
The saddest part is when I realize I don't have any friend in real life to play this game with me.
I feel you I only have 1 friend IRL that playes GTA with me :(

I once did act 3 finale with a random and I only took 15% cut. He also was around rank 100 and he let me do all the work, once we finished I bet he felt it was the best thing it happened to him on the game, he was so happy
One time i was doing prison break final, after almost 2 hours of pure pain and suffering because there was a low level that can't even drive a plane, when we finally made it to the end, he couldn't even open his parachute. Thank you XionXao

Once i was doing the rescue agant ulp mission with my friends my cousin and his friend were saying we are very good at rescuing ulp and they kept failing. A couple of days later we did the setup again and a was alone rescuing ulp and i did it first try

kashton stumborg any tips for that mission since I’m on act 2 I joined a random it was 3 players I had to go on some tower then hoarded if enemies just slaughtered me whilst the other 2 headed inside the building idk what they did I’ve not seen that part

I remember when I first did the prison break. I was the pilot , and accidentally clipped the wing on the control tower. Why am I like this
The first time I did the heist as the pilot the fighter jet shot me down even tho I was behind the jet bruh, the team got mad,💀

Idk I think I got too close and maybe the game puts a forcefield around the jet that shoots you if you get too close I think..? I’m not sure. It looked like when I got shot it’s like when you enter the military base and don’t own a hangar the jets have aimbot, you can go check out whatever57010’s video called zancudos dirty secrets and when it gets to the part where the jet shoots you even tho the plane is facing a different way, it looked like that when it happened to me in the heist.

I have done many that emp perfectly with randoms low level no mic no text communication because they were Chinese and don't know English.
Ngl I’m surprised it wasn’t the pacific standard being the final heist, and how if you die anywhere between the bikes and end you basically restart

My stories:
One time on a cargo sale a random was got to my cargo truck first, went to the drop off and WAITED for me to catch up just so I could watch him drive it straight into a lake
One time on the prison break the prison guard guy couldn’t seem to work out how to not crash the bus into the guard at the prison gate about 5 times before I just quit and restarted with new people. A different person thought it was funny to blow up the buzzard ON THE BEACH right before the finish. Someone else once asked me for a 50% cut like dafuq
And I am just cringing at my memories of trying to complete the deliver EMP

I had a random doing the bogdan set ups with me
I must have considered destroying my ps4 through all of them
I was guilty once of fking up a set up. Did not know how to surface back up in a damn strohmberg. PC controls are hard lol. Took 10 minutes extra.
