I thought this house was large is sq footage, nice but quite basic for the luxury size. The stairs were beautiful so is the sunroom, view from upper deck to foyer, is very nice too. I just felt that the cabinetry was basic builders choice, moldings too, and ceiling upstairs bedrooms and lighting were just not very appealing to me. However again the layout of the plan is good, exterior is appealing too, while I didn't see a garage attached or otherwise. It was okay 👌😊
This building process cannot be used in Jamaica. I am specifically talking about the use of sheetrock and studs inside, and also using wood for the stairs?
Lovely home, I love the fact that you can stay upstairs and see what’s going on. I also love the big windows.
