I wouldn't necessarily say she's clueless, as I firmly believe she knows exactly what she's doing. But the other three adjectives are pretty much spot on in regards to her personality.
I find it almost impossible to believe that someone born in Peace River, Alberta, could be “elitist”.

Relax genius. This is where you need to understand precedent. Ordinary citizens can be appointed to cabinet, and, by convention the senate if required. Convention is that Carney would seek a seat at the earliest possible convenience. There is a by election scheduled for a riding in Montreal in the next 120 days. Calm your tits.

Constitutional convention. You should learn something about your country and parliament before you open your fat mouth.
2 possible options. Senate appointment (unlikely, but not without precedent), or Carney runs in the by election that has to happen in Montreal by the middle of September.
