My dvr NIC settings get auto changed from WLAN0 to LAN1 when i click on apply settings and get back to the main screen, the dvr remains online and even streams live video for couple of minutes but after that i am not able to view any live video on my hikconnect app .can u help me with that. Why I'm losing the view when i change networks in my phone? In another way is when i change my Internet at my phone i lose the live view ,but if the same Internet between my phone and the DVR i can have live view at my phone!!please help me!
