Tyreek hill is easily 1 or 2… he should be one just because his impact on the game helps the ENTIRE team. Teams have to play 10 yards off and respect his speed, he can play anywhere on offense in the backfield in the slot on the outside he runs routes over the middle and takes hits and breaks tackles and gets like 10 more yards.
