For the Jewellery Traits you could go with Infused/Arcane-Spell Damage and just rely on Resto Heavy Attacks for your sustain, but it's up to you, try it out and see which works best for you. Pair this up with The Ritual, Spell Power Potions and Powered Resto and your Healing Per Second output should be comfortably over 8k HPS and you should easily be second in your group for overall Healing output just behind the main group Healer.
