The name on my wassce is different from my Ghana card and birth cet but I've sweared an affidavit and my school doesn't want to accept it... if i do a new birth cet and Ghana card without relating to the name on the affidavit i have, will it affect me ??
Take the affidavit to the birth and death registry and the NIA, they will correct it for you

Hi Sir I'm in Nigeria I have a problem concerning my surname it was mistakenly spelt as the full surname instead of the short surname on my Waec certificate and I was unable to change it I had to use the same name for my jamb I did a affidavit but the school I'm applying for doesn't accept affidavit I was told to go for a new birth certificate which tallies with the name on my Waec certificate and jamb but I don't know how to go through it... I will be happy to hear from you sir.
That is the best option. Go for new birth certificate

E.g On Waec Result, it's Nnanyeleugo Adaeze Deborah and Jamb it's Nnanyeleugo Adaeze Treasure

All u need is to submit your marriage certificate when asked

What about if you did the Ghana Card with the birth certificate with the incorrect details whiles having a different name on your educational documents?
Go and swear affidavit or do new birth cert with the name on the results and change the name on the Ghana card when they are changing it again in 10 years time.
