    Points doesn't become clear....even the questions solved in last...are not clear, why other options are incorrect?

      Kindly tell me which point did you face difficulty in? And the questions at last were quite easy which I have covered it in this mini session. I have also explained why the other options will not come.

      @@Chandraprakash_joshi The question that you are asking does not solve with the given equation. The question simply solves with the concept ad calculation explained after 7:20 .
      Use (M + Z) / Z = m/z value. Keeping the mol wt (1200 and 1250) from first options in the formula with Z value as 1/2/3 etc will not give m/z values of 301, 401 and 501. Then use the value of M as option 2, 1200 and 1500, you will get m/z values as given in question

    Sir Can you please explain numerical at 21:00 in which we were asked to calculate molecular weight of Polypeptide but none of the option is matching when we are solving with the formula which you have provided.
    You have taught us these two formulas:
    Z2 = (M1 - 1)/(M2 - M1)
    Molecular weight = Z2(M2) - H
    But none of the option is matching when we solve using this formula.

      Four peaks are given (301, 401, 501, 601)
      # Z2 = 301-1/401-301 = 3
      M1 = 3(401) -1 = 1201
      #Z2 = 501-1/501-401=5
      M2= 5(501)-1 = 1504
      Answer: 1200 and 1504
