    • @TheBozn
      @TheBozn Месяц назад

The Makita is cordless you tool(pun indeed intended) so the whole test is garbage. Also most manufacturer basically makes at least 3 versions of the same models for drills and other tools, one shit for home gamers, one good one and one professional(not different models, they look almost the same but certain parts, electronics, and materials are different, and cost different. Like Makitas dtd151($99), dtd152($200), dtd154($350). The difference in reliability, longevity, power, functions, etc is huge. So any test would have to be with the same grade from both manufacturers

      - efficient Dampening
      - quality toolholder (Chuck)
      - gearbox layout
      - spare-part availability and pricing
      - lubrication system
But most important: What's put between spinning gear and shaft (worst to best):
      *none < bushing < ball-bearing < needle-bearing*

The Bosch was slower, but you don’t have to depend on batteries, dying, charging, forgot to charge or losing the charger etc. Also, the vibrating looks a lot less, which would be more comfortable if you are drilling a lot of holes. Also look more compact. 🤔 Hmmm I kinda like it. Although clearly it takes longer to drill a hole.

The Makita in this video is an even newer technology, a Makita XGT, a 40 V max beast, and of course it's more powerful than an 18V system.

Don't put too much pressure (2 hands)!
Push with 1 hand while pressing the trigger, and hold the control with (second hand)
Your method make it LESS efficient & effective, at the same time (INCREASE wear and load).
Using no pressure or low pressure.. increase wear too.
SDS drill bits and shank.. need GREASING.
But avoid dust. And clean it regularly & regrease.

Bosch was drilling with less downwards pressure and is a lot older, the Makita had force applied above the drill bit with the guys both hands pushing the extra weight of the sds down, its also not as advanced as the twin battery pack Makita with brushless technology.
I would still take the Bosch all day long as I only now use Bosch as I don't like Makitas batteries nor do I like the over priced Dewalt products and is a good middle ground tool with lots of shelf life.

In a vid the makita seems impressive until you have to drill a lot of holes allday long, its hammering way harder making it way more tiring to use and takes a lot more strain on the body.
Its also harder to make a precise hole with the makita because it starts hammering as a jacko at instant

I think Makita is an awesome company, even though I have dewalt Milwaukee and metabo tools. But I’ve had a Bosch hammer drill passed down from my grandfather, to my father, and now to me. I think the Bosch hammer drills are the best tool they make and beats everyone else!

Claro que não iria competir, afinal o rompedor que está usando da Makita é mais potente do que o outro.
Se fossem os dois do mesmo modelo, mesmo com fabricantes diferentes, o resultado já seria diferente.

You can watch the guy running the Bosch side load that bit which is going to cause it reduce the hammer force, and increase friction and also make an oblong hole. This “test” or “comparison” proves absolutely nothing but that neither of these guys need to be drilling anything in concrete
