I absolutely love these coloring books, and I totally agree-larger images make such a difference, giving us plenty of room to paint! So happy to catch your video, my friend!
Thank you, Aya! Yes, I agree and gave the feedback to my rep with Grabie. I hope they listen, I would buy one for each season myself. The cotton paper and weight is really nice, but of course I would prefer cold pressed paper. Lol. So nice to see a comment from you, my friend!! 💗
Thanks so much, Helen! Yes, student grade but I had so much fun with all of these supplies. They were a welcome gift after worrying about a hurricane.💗
I hear you Stephanie. I want to skip the drawing stage and go straight to painting LOL! The watercolor coloring books look very good. I hope you took breaks when swatching all those colors. The order of the paints is a bit different to how I would like it 😅. Nice paintings. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks, Shadow! What is sad is most of the time when I draw, it doesn't take as long as I think it will. Haha. But, I just love painting so much more. I love the coloring books. I do wish they were on cold pressed paper, but still they are nice. Yes, I had to swatch upside down to not get my water too dirty right away. Lol. Thank you! I enjoyed playing with all of these products. Thanks so much for joining me! 💗
The coloring books are a new favorite for me. The metallics in this set were ok. I think you most likely have metallic paints as good or better than in this set. I will be comparing more metallic paints soon. 💗
I only support companies that do not support animal cruelty, so it is nice to see they sent synthetic brushes! Thank you for showing us these products!
@@judithtrigg1694 would you like information on colored pencils or on graphite pencils? And where are you in the world? Not everything is affordable and readily available everywhere, unfortunately.
@marvelenia6702 thank you so much for answering I'm in uk.its coloured pencils I'm most need to know about as polys are oil based and prismas are waxed based just wanted to check as I've looked but cannot find anything .
@@judithtrigg1694 oh then you are in pencil heaven, because derwent has many vegan pencils! I think you can find information on their website. I know that their coloursoft range and their inktense range are vegan. But I am sure you can contact them and they will definitely answer you.
My second comment to you has disappeared possibly because I mentioned the longest river in South America! Anyway as of today, November 14 2024, the largest online retailer in the world has Caran D’Ache Fibralo water soluble markers for sale (bullet nib not brush nib). The ten and 24 marker tins are half off (sold by third party sellers). Not sure about the condition whether the markers are full of ink or dried up. Blick sells them open stock. I’m not encouraging you or anyone to purchase these. It’s FYI! 😅
Thank you for the heads up! I will check it out! Haha, YT usually holds comments with links, I didn't realize the just deleted them?! Anyway, thanks for letting us know! 💗
If you are willing to search on the chinese selling sites you will find exactly the same paint set. I did that 3 years ago…because this srt was also sold u der another brand. But even though, these items are not overly expensive and I think Stephani is doing a great job showing us these supplies so we can spend our money wisely.
@@marvelenia6702 I agree! I so appreciate Stephanie sharing the new products. She’s also honest and didn’t hype the paints like I’ve seen others. She told us they remind her of Artistro etc. She made such a pretty painting I still want them now. 😅
No, I'm so sorry you took it that way. I've been trying to only share affordable hauls this year, since so many are on a no buy. Many budget sets are sent to me, but I purchase some myself too. I've found great prices on professional brands. Sadly, I try to share but the price jumps right after I share the video. I consider items under $50 affordable. What do you consider affordable? This paint set with the coloring book is $41.65 after the coupon. As I mentioned as politely as I could, the metallics felt like Artristro. The regular colors did not. As @marvelenia6702 kindly mentioned, there are similar sets just like this from other brands without the coloring book. This is true from any Chinese brand though. The only paints that don't seem rebranded so far are from Paul Rubens. I was hoping to share that you can make beautiful artwork with any paints, even if they aren't expensive. 💗
@marvelenia6702 Thank you for your kind comment. It means a lot to me. You are right about there being sets just like this. The metallics felt like Artistro, as I mentioned. I'm trying to figure out what rebrand the regular colors are. I didn't see any sets that include the watercolor coloring book, which was my favorite part. Lol. I'm trying to share items I think people might enjoy, and give honest first impressions. Thanks so much! 💗
People who are new to painting need to see the ugly stage of a painting. They may not realize this happens. They think that they have failed and don't finish it.
You are so right! Videos where I just create art don't do as well, so I'm never sure what how much people want to see. I still get stuck there some times. 💗

That is such fun Stephanie! I know it's supposedly student grade art supplies but great fun when you want to just paint !

I love getting surprise boxes or surprise in the mail ❤😊
Thank you! Me too!! It is so fun to try new products. It's fun to try what you already have in new ways too.💗
I love castle art supplies and deborah muller and kameliya angelkova coloring books too
Thanks for sharing!

Those coloring books look awesome 🎉 the hummingbird seems a good opportunity for reviewing metallic watercolors more in detail.

Can you send me some details on what pencils you use please I am an animal cruel advocate too.

Nice kit for someone who is getting started. Really liked the coloring books. Fun kit.
