Dude I was wondering when you were gonna cover this, this is my fall staple. I also hated the opening at first, something just smelled unnatural about it. Then I took a nap and about two hours later woke up smelling the dry down. Been in love ever since.
But the thing is it’s a pain to put on something and wait for 2 hours for it to work

Aaron Terence got blissed out by this juice, doesn't happen often that he gives a Scent a perfect 10 Score - very rarely actually. Initio is such a intriguing House, I have to get them samples.
He gave Xerjoff Naxos a 10 too, i blind bought it cuz of it and its my signature scent so

Been about 3 years since I first smelt Side Effect... I have sampled quite a bit of other frags since, much of it nichè... and this is still in my top five favorites perfumes

One of the absolute best fragrances I've ever smelled. You can smell the depth and quality to it, it's unbelievable

I must admit of all the scents in my collection side effect and Tom fords oud wood and mula mula...when I wear side effects I absolutely get the most compliments from it from people from all over what is that or oh" you smell nice or heard it on the buses and trains but yes" side effects is a monster attention getter

@@soppluto2677 Dont use side effect on a summer day, its okay for summer nights, but mainly use it for cold weather, such as summer nights or winter days/nights.

@@mattl7424 it’s amazing.The best tobacco fragrance that I’ve ever smelled. Better than, Mancera Red Tobacco, better than Spicebomb extreme, Tobacco Vanille and i like all of those. And it’s blended well with incense. Great Quality too. My favorite from Parfumes de Marley. Fall/Winter fragrance.

I put one spray on my hand, and after 3 days it still smells on my watch band. Unbelievable performance!
It's still on my coat sleeve 3 weeks later. But I find if I don't shower and wash off the night of it lasts overnight on my skin in a funky way. (This is Oud for Greatness)

Yeah... They have the 76% alcohol batch. The new one is really really disappointing. Very annoying and so sad. I can't buy it like that

One of my favorite scents.
I think I got sold a fake decant from a chump. My decant smells like a freshly sharpened pencil (like when you pull the freshly sharpened pencil out of the pencil sharpener you used at school) but with a little vanilla in the background. It’s not bad, but I don’t think this is the same fragrance you and others have described it to be.
Review initial rehab next please. I’m considering buying it but want to hear your opinion
Rehab is amazing I don’t think you’d be disappointed, a very elegant creamy scent

last thursday I smelled side effect for the first time and I instantly fell in love with it.
Initially wanted to buy a full bottle of rehab but I just had to pull the trigger and get side effect haha
On my skin it doesn´t get as sweet and syrup like as you described it though. Luckily...
Performance also isn´t that crazy on my skin. I even get better performance with rehab. Everybodys skin is different I guess. Great scent though.

@@hassannasir90 I couldn't decide either and ended up buying both 😅 Imo rehab is more versatile and therefore theoretically better for everyday use. Side effect on the other hand is a bit more "special" which makes me crave it more often though. In the beginning I thought I would wear rehab more often because of the versatility but I ended up using side effect more.
I can't say which one is better but maybe that helps you idk.

I just bought it stuff nose btw but I just got i sprayed it on my arm and took a wif and I smell nothing spray more nothing.
Then 2 minutes later I smell a little bit of vanila.
5 minutes later I start to smell more of the the spices and flavors it rolls in gently I really love the scent.
How many spays for side effect?
I just bought the 90 bottle and hope it's worth the cost. hope I enjoy it

Drydown is great first spray is pretty strong in an alcohol heavy way but after an hour or so? You're set!

I get a very similar vibe up top from this, almost like a plastic smell that lessens as the notes come together. I don’t think I get beastly performance from this, It’s certainly not weak but nothing that has had me going nuts over like Oud Satin Mood or Hacivat. I get about the same performance from Stronger With You Intensely or Blessed Baraka, like 8 hours with a decent scent cloud
Its beast mode! You must've had a poor batch or something. It's stubborn. Gotta wash the clothes to get it off
great video i also love Side Effect. BUT they watered it down in 2021, now 4% less oil, more alc. They did it also with oud for greatness and Parfums de Marly also did it with their fragrances. Saaad :(
Yep, got my new bottle yesterday and it is now 80%, smell is still great but performance is less. Its a shame pdm and initio are going that route

I like this one but blessed baraka is my favorite from initio.

Very nicely made fragrance... But... WAY too sweet for my liking. The few times I've worn it, I count down the hours until I can go home and shower it off. Once again, lovely fragrance, just not for me.
