- This haul has it ALL! There are so many NEW summer items flooding into Trader Joe's so I had to make a new and seasonal haul dedicated to showcasing all these awesome items. Next week's haul is going to be just as fun and exciting as more new items are popping up every day!

I haven't been to TJ's in well over a month, so I didn't know about the no re-usable bags policy. I miss TJ's so much! There is always an insanely long line outside since the quarantine, hence the reason I haven't been there . I have no idea when I will get there, but I refuse to wait on line for a half hour, which is what I've been told the wait to get in is. So, I think I appreciate your hauls and taste tests even more now, although I a, eager to try the new items.
Dang it’s crazy to hear how long some of the TJ lines are. At my store the longest wait has been about 15 min, but usually it’s only 5 if any at all.
Just please keep doing these hauls, Katie. It may sound crazy, but it brings some sense of normalcy.

I don't know why I torture myself watching these Trader Joe's hauls. I live in Canada and there isn't a Trader Joe's within a thousand miles of me. But I absolutely love these videos, they are so interesting and the products are so enticing. A Trader Joe's shopping trip is definitely on my bucket list.

My TJs, I'm east coast in ATL, use to always have that hand sanitizer! I don't think I've seen it this year, but I hope it comes back eventually. It was my favorite car sanitizer to have
I went to Trader Joe’s yesterday right when they opened to the general public unknowingly so I was able to get toilet paper and paper towel since we are running out. Last time I went was a month ago on a Saturday and the line was so long we probably waited an hour and were only allowed a toilet paper roll per person which I was grateful for. Yesterday I got the ube ice cream which you convinced me to get and it taste amazing! I wish I could of found the spray but at least we got the essentials.
I bet that the jelly would be yummy in the plain yogurt with some nuts or granola on top :) So much fun getting me excited for spring!

TJ's is more busy than it's ever been since the shutdown. 20 people always waiting in line now, even in the hot bright sun.

We have senior and health/frontline worker hour from 8-9am. I would recommend going if you need things like TP, flour, and certain frozen meats...otherwise TJ’s has been pretty well stocked.

@@KatieHespe Warning: not all stores are doing the healthcare/frontline workers from 8-9 am . My store (Florida) is doing only seniors. I don't want to discount the needs of our seniors, buts killing me, because I work either 7am-7pm (Trader Joes open to public 9am-7pm) or I work nights from 7pm to 7am.... so then I have to wait until 9am to be able to shop when I need to be sleeping! I'm an ICU doctor, and pretty much all of us healthcare workers (and I think first responders) work these shifts. I only get 2 days off a month right now, so I don't have a lot of days off to be able to go instead.
@arthrodea, thank you for letting me know about other stores. That is so unfortunate that your TJ’s won’t make exceptions for amazing humans like you that are working the front lines with no break in sight. Maybe try calling and ask if you could shop during senior hours...usually they are pretty flexible when it comes to individual situations. Just wanted to say thank you for all you’re doing during this time, I know it’s not easy. ❤️
@@KatieHespe Well... I don't really want to ask for special exceptions for me. Its frustrating personally, but I'm not any more deserving that a lot of other people working through this time or dealing with tough personal situations. They have to make rules and I'm sure there are many other people with equally compelling reasons why they "should" be allowed in.

Trader Joe's is my jam! They really take social distancing seriously, and I can usually find what I'm looking for. Except for toilet paper, but I got two rolls (next to the four I have at home) at one of the bodegas near my home. I am hopeful that where I live (DC) we can start reopening parts of the city betwixt mid-May and mid-June. And that we can have a vaccine available by January 2021 (if not Nov/Dec 2020). Because I have my eye on the prize, that by early next year we can see the tasting stations in TJ's again. I really miss those! But we'll get through this!
I went trader joe shopping. Not easy shopping during these times but I grabbed a good amount. I bought lobster raviolis for the first time. Wow they are one of the best raviolis I have ever had, and I’m 100% italian. I also bought the ube ice cream. Delicious!!!!! The one I went to in ct does not allow reusable bags too
I made it in!! Short line! Got some great snacks to bring to my daughter's school including the dilll hummus (we'll see) and five cheese potato chips and watermelon jam. Yay!!!! Haven't been there since February 😁
Hi Katie. We have both the sparkling watermelon one as well as the strawberry one here in the Seattle area. So, I can’t imagine you guys should be far behind for getting it. I love the idea of the taller bags! Haven’t seen them yet, but sure hope we get them soon!! We’re running out of bags as well, and have to keep using boxes.

So many great new products! The mixed flavors popcorn reminds me of the mixed flavors potato chips that I loved so I am looking forward to trying that and so many others. Just watched the taste test video and the gummies are beautiful. I don't know what it would taste like, but they'd make pretty cupcake decorations. Very sweet of your coworker to drop off the watermelon spread. Really, everything is enticing. Thank you!
I love Katie’s Trader Joe’s hauls. How does everyone else use these hauls to plan their shopping list? I only go to TJ maybe once a month or so
These hauls are so helpful especially now since I try to only buy what I touch in stores. So instead of picking up a bunch of items to read the ingredients, I can watch these videos beforehand and know what to buy at the store! Thank you!
ive seen the sparkling watermelon and sparkling coconut at trader joe's! I should've gotten it my last visit! I've also seen coconut water and had no idea they sold it!
TJ’s in Colorado is not using reusable bags too.
I think that's a universal rule now since they aren't using bags in Philly either. At least TJ's uses paper bags over plastic!

I watch every week. I love it. Please - way too many nutritional facts. Bullet point things like gluten free , vegan , vegetarian, but reading the labels is incredibly boring. Sorry

Josephine Michief I have, still not as good as German style yogurt they sell in Europe for real cheap, in my opinion, of course. Food is somewhat always an acquired taste.

No, I just paint them with regular nail polish.
Not a criticism, but a suggestion...maybe less time spent reading ingredients/nutrition facts would be beneficial. People can pause/expand if they want to read those things. Love your videos!
A lot of my subscribers are visually impaired. Since reading the facts I have had many people thank me that can’t see. 😊

I am picky about ingredients so seeing and reading your packages helps me plan whether or not that’s something I’d like to pick up :)

Yes, normally you do. Right now TJ’s is offering free bags because we aren’t allowing customers to bring in their reusable bags.

I enjoy seeing meat products rather Than all the sugar
I rarely show meat because I am a vegetarian. My husband has cut way back on meat as well so it’s mostly sea food that he eats.
@@KatieHespe it seems that you mostly focus on junk food. All that sugar is really not healthy. I should probably limit my exposure to Trader Joe’s and don’t worry I won’t bother you anymore
I always purchase all the new items, regardless if they are healthy or not. I’m just trying to keep people informed that may not have the opportunity to get to a TJ’s regularly. By no means am I promoting buying all these sweets and we personally don’t eat most, I give away a lot of this food to neighbors, family and friends.
