I was thinking of using a box I already have in my house throwing some snacks, wine, coffee beans, candles, flowers, ginger shots, etc in it as a cute stay at home gift. Just a suggestion :)
Trip to TJ's is more limited nowaday. These day I needs a list, the box sangria is on list, plus the masala and coconut milk. Need to try your garbanzo recipe. As always you do great haul. Thanx

We got our stimulus checks and we SPLURGED at Costco and the Korean store. Whatever we wanted, we threw it in our cart. Lol My husband is excited for all the meals this week.

I've more than once even pulled out my iPhone in the store to scroll through a video I've previously watched to remind myself what items I wanted!
@@KatieHespe I made your Trader Joe's Masala simmer sauce with chickpeas tonight!! I added some onions i sauteed first and cauliflower. And then I sprinkled fresh tomatoes and cilantro over the top (the tomatoes got slightly cooked and were really good). Your recipe is AWESOME!

Love love love watching your channel! Just wanted to say, I had five chickens laying eggs before two hawks killed them this year. Long story short solid white chickens lay white eggs. Some bleach them to make them whiter but I would think if it says organic they would be the natural white of the egg. I'm with you though I like looking at the different shades of brown so after fixing my pin no more white chickens I want colored eggs.😊

Hi Katie I tried the masala with the coconut cream and garbanzo beans and I served it over rice. My family loved it. We had left overs the next night and I roasted potatoes and cauliflower in the oven and served the leftover Masala over it. I wasn’t the person who recommended it to you but I have to say my family loved it even more than the rice!
I miss TJ. I think we are going to attempt going this weekend. It's been crazy and shelves here were wiped out but I heard it's calmed down a lot and their lines are very well managed and organized. 🤞

Can’t remember what your favorite veggie burger is. Our daughter went to TJ’s today for us. It’s still the best place to shop for necessities. All workers were wearing masks but a few questionable shoppers were not. 👎🏼 Be well and stay safe. (Hope your sweet parents are ok and staying in.) We stay in mostly because it keeps snowing. I haven't been to Trader Joe's in over a month! Anytime I try to go the line to get in wraps around the block with like 60 people, maybe more! I miss all my TJ's food and snack staples. The only good thing is that I'm not eating or snacking as much!
My Costco doesn't sell it either :( We drink so much that my parents actually gave a case of it to my boyfriend and I for Christmas since their Costco does sell it ha. I'm considering doing a subscription order on Amazon to save some money on them since my Target doesn't always have it stocked.

Hello! I called my local Trader Joe’s and asked which day they saw the least amount of traffic and they said Wednesday’s seemed to be slower. (Yours might be different so I would call) He also mentioned the best time was to come during the last hour they are open.
Haven’t been out for 6 weeks already, but sure missing TJs. Our state is under stay-at-home order and the TJs is far and lines are long, so just grateful i had stocked up on a few things at Christmas. Thanks for all you do and stay safe!
I’m going out to grocery shop only every 2 and a half weeks to limit contact with other people and limit the risk of contamination...I miss shopping at Trader Joe’s without being in a hurry and waiting in line for more than a hour :( also everything is limited to 2 units/person except for toilet paper which, if you’re lucky to get it, is one per person...
We are officially breaking up🤪 I live in the Bay Area and On a daily basis there are at least 60 to 100 people in line to get into trader Joe's at any time of day. Needless to say I haven't been in there since the beginning of March! I'll have to live vicariously.

They will never do delivery services unfortunately. TJ’s should t be crowded as there is very strict guidelines to have less than 50 customers in the store at all times.
@@KatieHespe I'm sure those are the current conditions in all TJ's. I was referring to few weeks ago where my local (FL) TJ was scary full, so I stopped shopping in there for the moment, I don't want to stay in line for 2 hrs neither. :( :)
Great video ! Q for you Katie.... How to you manage you day to work, be a mom, and make/ edit RUclips content. I am starting my own side creativity hobby and find juggling my schedule to make time for it tough. Any advice is appreciated
Hey Jennifer, it’s definitely a balancing act. It really helps if you have a supportive partner who helps out. Other than that, I would say prioritize your time and make time for what you find important. Of course you will be sacrificing some time away from your kids, but I try and make up for it with special one on one time with Benson. Hope that helps!
I’ve really been wanting to go to TJs! Its kind of a far drive so I’ve been putting it off, wasn’t sure if everything would be gone if I go later in the day. Is it still a madhouse at grocery stores??
I wouldn’t say it’s a mad house as we are limiting the amount of customers in the store. There is a line outside but at my store it’s never longer than a 15 min wait. I’ve heard other areas have longer lines though.

The polish is a purple I got in my ipsy bag this month and the topper is by Pacifica, it’s rainbow holographic.

I’m so glad it was a hit! It’s delicious with cauliflower and the potatoes really stretch it out and makes it super filling.
I use zucchini and squash with onions and chick peas and peppers for my curry or thai sauce. So good over rice!!

I think I prefer with the milk, but Tim likes the cream better...go figure lol. The coconut cream makes it thicker.

Trader Joe’s skincare stuff really isn’t bad! I use a lot of their things. It’s all about the ingredients, skip the high end/brands.

I would say, yes they are similar, except the boca ones come in frozen and the TJ ones are refrigerated.
