As a non-professional WoR gamer I really appreciate the game as a whole. It really seems like the only game out there which promotes teamwork over personal skill the best.
The detail these guys poured into this game is mind numbing. I've stood in the door of the Dunker church. The landscape they coded looks spot on. I bet ol' Jed Hotchkiss would be impressed.

War of Rights is an FPS experience that can't be explained til you get in and try it. LISTEN TO YOUR OFFICERS AND DONT RUN OFF ALONE. That's all that you have to do to have an amazing experience
I'm a Hell Let Loose player and this game looks awesome. I love watching these videos. The confeds moving that Arty is really slow but realistic. That flanking manouver by the Union was good
the amount of bodies around that house sheesh... this is a game where they need to have bodies not disappear and if enough of them get stacked on each other, it could eventually become an obstacle like GoT battle of bastards

1. i7-9700k (looking to upgrade at some point) and a GTX 2080S (Works great). 2. I do have a 4k monitor that I record on. With my specs the majority of games run very well but for Intense stuff like WoR the CPU falls behind (40-60 fps), hence why I want an upgrade

Thanks for sharing So when will there be cavalry added and artillery that can be moved around the battlefield?

Doubt it, since the game handles relatively shaky with 250 players sometimes. Maybe eventually they’ll figure out how to handle 500-800 but like I said.. doubt it.

It just kills me that where I live I don't have reliable high speed internet or a computer capable of playing this game. I need to play this game at least once in my life. If they come out with a version where you can be cavalry I am moving.
It's set in the 1862 Maryland campaign, the decision to recruit black soldiers was not for another year. If the game expands to other battles it's possible that there could be black troopers in the future.
CSA need learn to how to cover the left and right side so the union don't go into the woods and Flank, plus you can use the woods to move left to right without the union seeing. Shooting from the centre fence line in front of the church, is the weakest tactic in the game. When will pubbies ever learn lolol
union was playing like cowards retreating behind the hill and then foward again - this is not how these battles were fought; especially for regiments of line infantry
Flags change based on the unit. These units do not have them which is likely to be historically accurate as the game has great attention to detail. Other units have such flags.
When War of Rights starts to acknowledge the contribution of black soldiers to the war effort, I'll certainly have some interest in buying it. As it completely negates and cancels out this historical contribution in it's current iteration, reflecting every bad stereotype about "game devs," I'll pass. There aren't even any plans to implement something like an "1864" mod consisting of exactly one minor change to the game (allowing people to choose black skin). Which tells you a lot.

This is specifically the 1862 Maryland Campaign. Black soldiers weren't a thing yet.
It’s just based on 1862 and there’s also only like 4 developers

Confederate battle flags weren’t as common as the flag shown in this battle. The CSA flag was the official flag of the confederacy.
They have some In the game. You'll see more depending on what regiment Is deployed on the map

The flag exists In the game just some regiments dont use them. Different maps have different regiments available
This is 1861 - early 1862. The first national flag and other regimental flags were more common place at that time.
