Your son reminds me of my uncle. He always used to show up whenever the food was ready. No matter what time we cooked meals he’d get there as soon as everything was done. Then after he ate about half an hour after he’s gone. We could never figure out how he always knew what time the food would be ready. 😆😆😆😆😆 Miss you Uncle Billy. 😘😘😘😘

I took your salad bar idea and ran with it. I removed the drawers from my fridge to fit the containers but I spend 30min or so cleaning and slicing everything and then all that work is done for salads, meals, and lunches (my girls love snacky lunches with a crunchy veggie, sweet fruit, salty meat and a cheese).

Collard greens are a labor of love for me. Takes me all day low and slow. Best tip for greens I have been given is apple cider vinegar or rice vinegar (a splash ). Grate real nutmeg like a teaspoon for a pot of greens. It will be that taste you can’t put your finger on but absolutely is delicious
