it shocked me because the way i was raised, my family told me "since u live here, u should contribute to keeping the house clean because this is ur home just as much as it is ours" so i never expected to be paid to do my part as being part of the family household. i only ever expected to get paid from my boss when i started working
@@MaeRose26that’s a good, healthy way to raise a kid though, teaches responsibility and you don’t expect to gain anything from doing the bare minimum. But I also agree with Jay and it could help teach kids money management at a young age

I'm going through a hard time right now because of some family stuff ON TOP OF HIGHSCHOOL but watching jay helps me feel better about it, the videos often make me so happy and then in those times of happiness from the videos, it makes me realize, that maybe it's not all bad? Jay, your Strict dad is the boomer version of my dad, he has access to the mac address of the wifi so he controls when certain electronics are on, and knows when they are on. Glad I'm out of that household now :)
Hey Jay, I know your probably not going to see this, but here’s some tips i used with my cousin to beat this game and to make it easier, there’s a nightmare mode and these tips helped me beat it
- Set up the table with cooked noodles. There’s 4 available spaces for noddles to be placed. I also suggest keeping one in yourself in case.
- Try not to use the CCTV much, it’s kinda the reason due to your generator getting empty fast.
- try to just stay in bed as much as you can, just get up for the generator and hunger.
These are probably useless to you, but I just wanted to say lol and maybe it might help others too
