At 34 weeks my son measured at an approximate weight of 7lbs 4oz and was born 9lbs 3.6oz. He was in the 90 percentile. I find it so beautiful how us woman grow our babies and how different each woman’s pregnancies range. You’re doing so amazing mama 🤍
YES 🙌🏼 SAME MAMA! I love it so much!!!! I love differences in life regardless. But fertility, to pregnancy, to L&D, to babies/childhood it’s so so cool!!!!
And to know we are the perfect moms caring these babies is so reassuring!

Oh Lyss! My son was 34 weeks when he came via emergency c-section because he had an IGUR (inter uterine growth restriction) he came out the size of a 28week old bub but I’m so thankful he was ok. His APGAR score was good. He was under the third percentile! Titchy as heck and after a few weeks in NICU, he was discharged below the discharge weight as he was so tough and kept pulling his tubes and cannula out! Good luck to you guys

@@Daymickey oh good luck! It is beyond worrisome! If you need to go to NICU, good luck for that too! It’s tough in there as some babies are hell of a lot worse off than an IUGR baby so the other parents can be quite rude but I hope that’s no the case for you. Also, are you going to try to breastfeed? If so, they may give you a room and let you have baby in your room if you learn how to do his diagnostic tests and feeding tube 💙

I’m 38 weeks and I was told I was measuring a week behind and then two weeks they did an ultrasound at 36 weeks and everything was perfectly fine! I’m also a small person and so is my fiancé so I think that’s why. I was super worried but thank god our baby girl is okay ❤️
is your baby born good , im 32 week and they say baby size small but im skinny and small us well they will do another ultrasound i hope everything good im so stressed

I am so happy everything is okay with your baby, it is such a blessing! I had a similar story with my baby girl, fundal height was off but the ultrasound also showed my baby was measuring 3 weeks behind, I had a healthy 5 pound baby girl at 38 weeks! They said it was likely due to me being a small person because my baby is healthy but to be honest I still constantly worry about her size, she is six months and still tiny ❤️ I am so happy your baby and you are healthy, wishing you a safe delivery 🥰
It’s hard to not worry about our baby’s size sometimes. especially when told they are “small” I have to remind myself if he’s growing and hitting developmental milestones then he is thriving! (Both of them)
Wesson was a small baby and still is really (but not premie or too tooo small) so I think we jsut make small babies 💛
Did you go natural at 38 weeks? Or induced due to size?
Any NICU time?
I was induced due to size because they couldn’t rule out something being wrong with the placenta or baby. When she was born they said she looked healthy and her size was likely due to my genetics. Thankfully no NICU time and she has been doing great since, just small! Around 5-7 percentile.

I was in a similar situation. My 2nd baby also measured 4 weeks behind in my 3rd trimester even though my first was always on track. Well, she was born 8lbs 5oz at 40 weeks, so definitely not small.

Lys the exact same thing happened with my first pregnancy. Ultrasounds were detecting low amniotic fluid and my measurements were always behind. So hard not to worry. I went right up to due date and baby was healthy, curled up in a little ball almost 8lbs! 💗

My baby girl was suspected to have low amniotic fluid , my fundal height was a week or so behind too ! And baby’s weight was suspected to be smaller too but they weren’t too sure if she was in a tricky position !!! I went back for another ultrasound a week or so later and everything was ok again and baby’s weight was back on track and her amniotic fluid was good too and my fundal height went back to normal too !!!

I'm currently 36 weeks with my 4th. I had an appt today and baby is measuring at 33 weeks fundal height. She was measuring at 31 weeks at my 32 week appt. So just slowly falling more and more behind. My doctor ordered an ultrasound, which I set up for one week from today. (It was the soonest appt they had). I'm so anxious. I'm trying not to be, but it's so hard not to think the worst. Her heart rate is great and she moves around a lot. I also have a fetal doppler from the hospital so I can check her heart rate whenever I want. I guess I'm just putting this out there because I'm anxious and cant sleep honestly. I'm so happy everything is going well with you after what you went through. I pray the same for me. Good vibes to all the mamas out there!!!

@@user-pr2uf4ck9e she is wonderful!! 6 1/2 months now already. She was born 8 lbs. I'm not sure why she was measuring smaller, but the doctor thinks it was just the way she was laying inside me. When I had my ultrasound she measured perfectly what she was supposed to 🤗 thank you for asking!!
@@aliciaadame468 glad to hear and congrats I think also it's way baby is laying. We have scan tomarrow as they trying say ours is small. But other scans all been normal he plays games with them also hide and seek. and always cramps up not straight. And that's why I think prob is we are just over 36 weeks into pregnancy

My doctors are saying I’m measuring small through ultrasound and the fundal height. I’ve never had this happen, so I’ve been pretty concerned. Going in for weekly ultrasounds and non stress tests until he’s born though so that helps. So glad you and your son are doing good!

I am at 31 weeks measuring pretty small also going in for weekly nsts now and my doctor brought up a possible induction, this is my first pregnancy so it was actually pretty awful to hear and concerning to the point where I do feel stressed but I am having weekly check ups and trying to be positive wishing you a healthy pregnancy and birth
So happy for you and baby that everything is okay. I am 30+4 weeks with my baby boy. Due 8/4 when going by my cycle & 7/30 when they go by measurements. I’m anxious to meet him, but I KNOW I’m going to miss him moving in my belly.
The past cpl weeks I’ve been getting myself so anxious about his movements. He moves quite a bit but if for some reason I don’t feel him for a bit I’ve been getting myself into borer line panic attacks. Which I know I shouldn’t. It’s just so stressful. He’s perfectly healthy to date & literally everything is measuring right up. It’s just a scary time. I hate how so many woman want to share their horror stories. I stress my own self out enough. I don’t need help 😫🥺
But this video (all of yours) are always so positive and assuring. But honest. So thank you for that. Been following you since the beginning of this pregnancy. I am 32 weeks pregnant, and I have a lot of fluid. I tested positive, for the test that says i might go into labor early.
I’m a ftm and I am almost 34 weeks and I went last week for a growth scan and they told me my baby is 4.5 pounds and is in the 19th percentile… I’m so confused by the 19th percentile and what it truly means. Does this mean my baby will be born small? I looked up how much a fetus at 34 weeks should weigh and my baby is exactly where it said it should be. Someone please just help me understand this lol.

That sounds good! My baby was born at 36 weeks because my amniotic fluid was leaking and she was born 5 lbs 13 oz!! She’s 14 weeks and 12 lbs 4 oz now, some babies are just small :) mine was also 44% but at 20 weeks and born 3% 😭 now at 25%!!! Cant wait to see your new baby boy. We had NICU time and everything about my birth was absolutely a terrible experience unfortunately
I'm going through similar been told my fundal height is behind and baby scan that he's small of size my fluid level is normal so I don't know if it's because it's just peite size person that iam so my bump isnt larger I'm currently 29weeks 1day baby due march 2023

I measured 2 weeks behind every time. I went into labor naturally 2 days before due date and he was a perfect size, 7lbs 9oz 💙

My daughter measured 6 pounds at 34 weeks and weighed 9lbs 8 oz at birth at 42 weeks. My fundal height measured smaller so she definitely hid inside me. Best of luck 💕

I go to the doctor she said your are 7 week pregnant but then she ultrasound she said 5 weeks of baby you have so kindly tell me is everything is fine she gave me multivitamins and also give gravibinan injection.... This is my first pregnancy..

I'm curious as to how the process is going? My son is measuring a couple of weeks further behind then your child was. I've been doing research and it seems to be 50/50 favors.

I'm glad that your baby is OK that is so awesome to hear but you know a girl let me tell you something I went into labor at 36 weeks with my son who six and he was born at 6 pounds OK if I would've kept him in until my 39 week C-section date my son would've been almost 10 pounds those machines are horrible with guestamating the weight Just a note to let you know but just be safe take care of yourself and enjoy your pregnancy congratulations
Aw it’s so cool how we all grow our babies so so differently 🙌🏼 i definitely don’t think he’s exactly that many pounds and ounces as the scan said, my doc has always told me they aren’t accurate. We will onky know when he comes 🤪💙

Im at 29 weeks, my OBgyne said i have a small baby.
He told to take aspirin, to help placental circulation to baby. Is that for real? Can my baby grow?
Please tell me what did you do, and did you take the aspirin? And how is your baby doing
@@Nourell_ugc yes i took them but my baby did not really grew bigger, i got induced at 37 weeks she weighs 2.3kgs only. she is now 15 months very healthy and smart❤️

I'm 36 weeks and my baby is measuring 32, which is not that great. Doctor was not happy about the size, but he told us that development wise he's happy.
I feel so blessed that my baby is healthy and my husband don't care when others tell us that I look like 7 month.

They said everything was good with my baby but the only thing was that her abdomen was small . They said she’ll be small her growth is in the 44% percentile .Her abdomen is small ..so they are going to monitor her from this point on .FTM here does or did anyone else had this same issue
