This is the most informative colonic video I’ve seen! I’m finally going to book my session this week. I’m 44 and starting my big fitness journey and I’ve always heard that getting a colonic should be the start of it all.
My wife got me to have a colonic after being on antibiotics for 2 weeks. I was nervous as hell going in. The therapist was awesome though. She explained so much, just like the therapist in the video. It doesn't hurt, just a little crampy at times. Getting past the insertion is the worst part, but honestly it's not that bad, a few seconds and it's over with. It's great therapy to help rebalance gut flora after antibiotic use like myself, or helping to make the bowels move more regularly.
I love your doctor, she took so much care with you, and explained everything so good. I wanted a Colonic, and honestly I didn't know what I was getting into, but from her explanation to you I feel more confident and excited about getting it done.
I just had my first one today and it literally was 10 minutes of water, no belly rub part (because I was way too gassy I was told lol)….I spent more time on the toilet afterward, about 20 minutes. I think I was rushed on this amazing Saturday lol needless to say my next few sessions need to hurry up because I don’t plan on going back there but I paid already and something tells me I won’t be able to get a refund. I’ll be looking for another location 😂
I’m Having my first one in couple days. I’m scared with all the water pressure I’ll pee on table. 😬😬. I’m over 50 and she. I have to pee it gets like urgent 😮
@@sweatandtell minaelle1829 was probably asking for "coffee enema" This is something that is done in combination with colonics and the purpose is to detox the Liver. When you take coffee it in an enema the blood vessels in the Liver dilate, open up, and release the toxins from the Liver dumping them in the Colon. That makes a colonic the perfect time to do a coffee enema. It should be done with organic coffee and at the beginning of the session.
This is not a doctor doing this procedure. No, you don’t have years of buildup in the colon because the cells lining it slough off every 72 hours. A gastroenterologist will tell you that there is no medical benefit to colonics.
Not true. It may not be “years”, but some people only have a BM once a week (some, like myself, once every 12 days). So, the cells don’t slough off every 72 hours
No “medical benefit” if you have major issues that need hospitalization, but the fact it removes septic and build up thats festering is a problem for those that have shares and sponsorships from drug companies
@@thetampabaynononsenserealt785 my daughter has always been irregular to the point of misery. It started when she was born weeks premature. The doctors told me she would get regular in time and that her body just had to figure out a routine. It's never happened and she's 15. She goes so long between bowel movements and is in a lot of pain and discomfort often. Is this something that could help "regulate" her better? I'm just curious because of your comment here. What improvements, if any did you see in that?
@@thegoodanfamily9817 hi there. Sorry your daughter is going through that. I started getting colonics once a week for the last 8 weeks. I’m 38yrs old and have seen more doctors than I care to count. None of them have been helpful. The colonics are the only thing that have been helpful and I found out about them on my own. They are definitely helping to encourage my body to perform on its own, but I still have a long way to go before I will be “regular”. I’d definitely recommend a colonic. It can be painful your first time because of the cramps caused by the water, but it is worth it. Hope this helps

Did you do more than one?
I watched a few videos on this topic before I go and this is the best one. Thanks
YAY! so glad you found it helpful :)
Great video. Did you end up going back for more sessions? And what were your results?
