So I actually prefer Wild Hearts over Monster Hunter. While the Monster Hunter franchise is great I've always felt the combat very slow and clunky feeling. Even when using the speedier weapons it feels slow. I can't mesh with that playstyle personally and it takes away from my enjoyment. Wild Heart feels fast paced and vastly more responsive IMO. It functions with my playstyle a lot better and so I enjoy it much more. Though I will say I think the monsters themselves a bit more overall in Monster Hunter. But when comparing the two overall I still put Wild Hearts slightly above due to the combat
Yes wild hearts feels awesome to play I agree with you. I play the katana in wild hearts and the closest feeling I could get to that in MH is dual blade. I like the overall system of wild hearts better myself like the karakuri. But I think the monster engagement is better in monster hunter.
Nice comparison vid. You got a sub!
Hey thank you so much. I'm glad you enjoy the video.
