Another good tip: When destroying cameras, preferably outside ones, always use pistols. That way defenders won't be able to identify what operator you are, given that usually pistols are common among many operators while main guns are less common.

62: Capitao: I believe if you hit the smoke at about the top of the door height, neither standing or crouching defenders could see you, making it a truer one way
86: The number of deimos players I've wall banged as a defender should be illegal.
100: You can also put the shield perpendicular to the doorways to force attackers to vault over it into an extended and undeseriable position, obviously could create unwanted peak angles for defenders so use with caution. Untested: in addition with thorn using this could place her traps in the middle of the shield where attackers are unable to shoot in being stuck in animation and getting caught

Tip #30. Zero cams get the above triangle indicator when it’s aimed at a wall it can breach. Soft AND reenforced walls.

Facts
This video he has goes through some of that, it is a bit long, but some generic tips that works for both would be great. A lot of people treat either side as cookie cutter but adaptability and changing it up is rewarding. The general tip for both to change how you play and set up: Defense is all about deny space, not just into site, but avenues to site, utility denial and stalling, much like castles strat. Attack is all about gaining space/angles and apply pressure, sometimes that can look like multiple angles, or other times forcing and holding one point(to defuse)

I thnk the zofia double stun is because they'll do it by accident, the cooldown betwen firing each of the stun and impact rounds is aboslutely none, so often times they'll spam click it by accident.

I've been placing consistently Plat since before Rank 2.0, (Emerald after 2.0). Most of these tips have been common practices for me for awhile, but I like watching videos like this to give me new perspective and ideas of how to play. And had I known most of this when I first started back in Void Edge, I think I'd be farther along today than I am now. I however, do have a friend who just recently picked up Siege for the first time ever this season, and I'll have to direct him to this video. He's slowly improving but still struggles in ranked for now and part of that is just time and experience compared to other players, but I feel like he'd improve quicker if he checked it out. So 👍and hopefully he'll check it out.

41:20 this is a horrendous tip you should never be a passive shield player especially as Monty since your whole value is to break up the enemy team and pressure people out of where they are holding but regardless you should always be giving calls as a shield or as anyone in general.
