My favourite hamilton song
I've heard this song at least five or ten times and it's got to be the most sweetest and beautiful song ever and both Aaron Burr and Alexander Hamilton both sound like two extremely proud father's of their precious children, and I'll admit I do get a little bit choked up when I listen to this song since its about parental pride and the hope that their children will change the country that they live in as adults then too.

honestly this song really confused me when i watched Hamilton cause last i checked Theodosia was the girl Burr was in love with and Theodosia was married to some other man. i had no idea Theodosia and Burr had a child and named them Theodosia, especially since i didn't catch the "you have your mother's name" part plus what happened to Theodosia's husband? did he die? historians probably knew the answer while watching the broadway, but hamilton doesn't seem to care about side characters. another example of this is peggy, it was literally NEVER mentioned what happened to her and we didn't see or hear about her after the wedding
This made me cry for two reasons; your voice is just so- I can’t describe how it make me feel it’s just stunning. The other reasons that this song just makes me sad
