In this video, I am clearing MoC 12 v2.2 phase 2 with E0S1 Boothill & E6 Hook and E1 Sparkle, achieving 3* Stars in Honkai Star Rail.

I barely finish this moc with high tier character (first phase: boothill, luocha, hmc, bronya || second phase: black swan, kafka, huo huo, guinafen) and then so many youtuber showed up with non meta character. It's actually so fun and refreshing to watch. You have my respect for trying hard to make them great again.

Lightning. And it's purely for the 5% Energy Regeneration. You can also do Vonwacq but Penacony is a bit more efficient to farm I think

does E1 ruan mei increase break damage boothill due to the ignore defence? i know that debuff like decrease defence increases the break dmg, but does E1 ruan mei does that too? or not?

Yes, all forms of defense shred increases Boothill's enhanced basic attack break damage

If your Luka has constellations, he can apply vulnerability, and detonate boothill’s bleeds which is huge
