what is the best way to sell life insurance? by you working for someone paying and not you paying them to work for them. You are guaranteed pay fro leads, but not guaranteed to get a commission through those leads. Next time somebody tries to con you into buying leads, laugh them in the face and make them realize that thy are the real sucker from selling you such a pitch.
There is no such thing as a free lunch =) - most businesses, including insurance sales, have costs associated with doing business.

@@TheDIGAgency I am not going to pay somebody for not getting a sale. The company I work for can take up that cost. If I am not a good salesman, then they can fire me.

That's fine. What you want is a *job*, not a business. All businesses have costs, jobs usually do not. Successful business owners make the most money. Jobs typically don't pay as well.
