No the q5 is not the same car as the e-tron. The q5 is not the same size as the e-tron. The e-tron is bigger, and the e-tron is electric. The q5 is plug-in hybrid or fully gas. And the design is completely different. But both are nice 👍 ❤

Not a new model just a refresh and name change. It was Audis first electric vehicle and was originally just called etron but with more models being added to the lineup they’re trying streamline the naming schemes 😂
