I like watching your videos, most people swing the camera around so fast that you can't see anything but I get very angry seeing nice houses going to rot and all the things that are left in the houses to be destroyed. I would have a hard time leaving things there, I would take them out and find someone that could use them!! Thank-you!!

Anyone else notice the busted sticker on the window?! The one that says Charlie, matt & james?! Band of my childhood right there!

I was thinking you should buy it, renovate it and document the process but as this was filmed 10 years ago I imagine it was sold long ago. I think if you gutted most of the rooms it would still be salvageable. Thanks for sharing this. Maybe it was an antique shop or something like that. It must’ve had a well since there was a pressure tank in the basement.

The stair railings are very nice. Kind of Spanish looking to me. Probably a nice house in its day. As always, thanks for the tour.

With some repair work, new paint and clean up, I think that would be a really nice home for someone.

When the door side trim starts coming off that's a sign that it was broken into.

im pretty sure this was a fire house. I was a fire fighter for years. the holes in the down stairs ceilings could be explained by this as well (looking for embers / hot spots) that one room was definitely burned out along that back wall.

The tank in the basement has a rubber bladder in it. Keeps spikes in water pressure from happening. That place is nasty. I'v called you brave before. That mold was freaking me out.

There was A LOT of rust in that bathroom sink, A LOT of it! And how / why does a stove/oven get into another room and turned on its side? I see it in the houses you explore all of the time. I don't know why it's like that. Any why are the bathroom sinks always missing? I know they are attached to copper plumbing/tubing water lines probably, but where do they take the actual sink part to?

Poor blades though... It's also pretty sad how ceiling fans were really popular back then but now everyone is taking them down and replacing them with light fixtures, and they just use stand fans...

Kat Fan I think I can see the another ceiling fan at somewhere before the white fan. It was a cheap black Canarm Mystic.

You know I am glad and I’m mad because places like this should not be falling apart like this and you showing these places makes everyone take notice that our government has failed us the people who probably lived there can’t afford anymore. Now if I had money and I had grants to buy and renovate the place I would start with the roof and then have someone fix the lawn take the tree out of the front dig around the foundation and then seal the foundation and then put French drains to get the mold out of the basement and then renovate inside I am no politician I am American citizen

i wonder if they moved because the mold in the basement was that toxic blk mold?? I hope you were wearing something over your mouth and nose so not to breath it in!! I think it was so funny, cus the little critter only craped in the bathroom and not in the rest of the house! ROTFLMAO!!!

They might’ve gotten Evicted before the Mold got into the house. In my opinion it looks like it’s been abandoned since 2006 or 2005 maybe. Maybe they took their belongings and successfully organized the things they needed or wanted to take with them and I think the children that lived there are likely grown Ups now, like either in their teens or adults nowadays. So maybe they got Evicted and kicked out due to money issues and maybe their wealth ran out where they couldn’t afford the price tag of their Taxes or rent anymore.
