几乎每年的咸菜，都少不了它。
一说到咸菜，当然是少不了盐的画龙点睛。
整个的制作过程，
除了时间的漫长，制作手法，却非常的简单。
阿婆从采摘到腌
制，再到食用，都非常的熟练。
而腌制好的黄瓜皮，也是她一
直的最爱。
哦！阿婆好像对一切，她腌制的咸菜，都有一种独
有的喜爱。
所以也造就了她，一身腌制咸菜的手法。

老奶奶身体很硬朗，菜園种了各种不同的蔬果，都長的很好而且豊收，每天都劳動也是健身，吃的三攴雖簡单，但正合於身体所需的營養，所以很健康，自己自足，很棒。

This video reminds me of the country life where my maternal grandmother lived, we went every weekend from Friday afternoon after school and my father left work and we stayed until Sunday afternoon, several years ago that my grandmother died, and those trips to the field ended because my my uncle who kept those properties through the inheritance of my grandmother but sold it, my grandmother was a hard worker just like the lady in this video really reminded me of my grandmother T_T

Oh man it's hard watching this video. I mean don't get me wrong i loooooove the old traditional ways of cooking. But it's hard for me to watch grandma lift all these heavy things. I know i know she's probably been doing it her entire life. But still, if i was there i'd tripod that camera and help her with the heavy lifting. NIce to see you still got fire in you grandma. These cucumbers are a different variety. They grow much bigger than let's say english cucumbetrs.
What a wonderful way to not waste produce. Cucumbers always grow so fast and you can never seem to get them all when they are small enough for fresh eating. Great work!

My favorite cucumber pickle it taste great just cook alone or with seafood. I used to buy in China Town. Not many people know how to make it like this except it in Guangxi and Vietnam.
