The coordinators for Detroit lacked integrity. Last year Johnson said there was a job left to complete and this year he took his future opponent out of the game. You had a RB that had 140yds on 14 carries and we were pulling trick plays
Ben Johnson is a good oc that was made to look better by an extremely talented group on offense not the other way around. He was absolute ass in that playoff game. He was clearly distracted and not prepared. He was like a 13 year old calling plays in madden. He is gonna fail in chi he's not Head coach material at all you guys will see later. I guarantee in 5 years he's someone's OC. Kinda like Cliff Kingsbury. Good OC. Back at it doing great. He's not gonna lead a locker room and command respect. Nope. 100% guarantee it. Just wait.
That was a messy situation with BJ going to the Bears. I’m a bears fan and I appreciate the BJ hire, but at the same time I also understand that Detroit will have to change their offensive playbook and scheme at least twice a season if not entirely. Hope they retain key players especially that O-line. Maybe draft a QB…👀

Congrats to Washington this year but the Lions choked more so than the Commanders won that game. The lions played terrible… I’ll still take the lions next year over the commanders…they’re still the better team overall.

The reality is, Detroit still has a ton of talent on both sides of the ball. They get key pieces back on defense next year and will contend. I think the Detroit lions will still be good football team but the only 2 problems they will have is beating elite teams in playoffs and getting to Super Bowl and winning it that’s why people think the fords have to sell the team think they won’t get top players and coaches.
