So many poor finishes and unfinished work... tools laying around everywhere, workers still working, electrical not done, stained tile at top of stairs, messed up around door jambs, wood floor upstairs can see the machined patterns... should have random staggered so you don't see that... seriously guys... beautiful home, just get it done first and pay attention to quality. This wouldn't pass here in Canada.
750M, small rooms, bathrooms are not that nice and no elevator. No way would i buy this house. It's only worth about 350M. The best part of the house is the roof deck.
I'll suggest you do your research about the value of the land, total cost of construction & documentation amongst other factors before arriving at your own opinion of how much a house is worth.
The house is fine, but 750million is too much for this house the first family lounge is small and the rooms are small too.
