  • In part two of this week's episode of Daily Cadence, it is Sunday. I have a brick workout to prepare for Ironman 70.3 Indian-Wells La Quinta. I have a three-hour bike followed by 30 30-minute run in the morning before getting some yard work done, a visit from Maple's best friend Finn, answering your questions, and finishing the day with some baking.

    I’m really enjoying shots I can get with the 360 camera. Hope you are enjoying it. For those in the US, hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Thank you all for the continued support , thumbs up and comments. You all inspire me! I am thankful for each one of you!

    I WILL thank you, CJaye, for your inspiration and perspective. On Sunday, I told myself that "I will be thankful for having the opportunity to still run at my age." Sure enough, not only was I more happy during the 5K race, I actually set a personal record, placed seventh overall, and second in my age group. I will carry this mindset forward into 2024!

    Do you use a schedule to do your workouts (running, bike and swim) and if so do use a specific program? Thank You or great content! Set a place for me to help you eat those pies! NOM NOM!😀

      I use final surge to create my training plan. I am creating my run workout, swim is masters, and I use the TrainRoad workouts on the bike.
