@@OmPrakash-pc1ec it's really annoying for us EU players, I mean before the update I could easily find a game with 100 people at any time, now there is ALWAYS at least 20 bots and somehow sometimes more bots than humans?? It makes zero sense and is very annoying.

Totally appreciate this success....nevertheless the Top10 was hard to watch. 3 Bots died to playzone...and the rest was not even able to proper hide themselves when being shot (with the exception of the one zig zagging guy)

Pretty sure that most of us here are aware that game development with a significant budget is not a case of "now let's all focus this particular thing". Map development is appreciated even where we may be more concerned about other improvements.

Does the pubg game engine not factor in the player speed when the bullet is fired? When you were shooting out the side of the glider, I noticed the bullet tracers looked like they curved behind you, which wouldn't be what it would look like if you did this IRL. Also, the point of aim would have to be lag behind a stationary target instead of on target as the forward velocity component (80kmh) would carry the bullet forward (call it a reverse-lead?). It's almost like the game engine is calculating the ballistics based on a stationary shot even if you are moving quickly.
It really gives the person in the glider a huge aiming advantage as they are essentially stationary firing at a stationary target while the person on the ground is stationary firing at a moving target. The person in the glider has the benefit of retaining the same point of aim as they would normally, while the person on the ground has to lead the glider a lot.

about Wacky's comment at 2:00 "is this the right focus ?" -> please remember there are many people working on a game and level designers do much different things than programmers. Unless you want to fire people all the time to always focus entirely on the most important thing, you'll end up with level designers, skin artists, etc. at time where you need to fix bugs and matchmaking. They'll have to keep working on something ;)
@Danny Edwardo develop your view please. I work in the industry so I know how this works : you have a team with P progs, L level designers, etc. and unless you have an infinit amount of games to work on, you almost always have either too many LD or too many progs or too many whatever. Resources being finite or not, if you agree on not fireing them as soon as there is too many of them for a couple months, you just try to find them something to do wether it's the most needed thing or not.
@Danny Edwardo you forget my point : not every resource is equal, and they can't be allocated the way you want. A level designer won't be able to fix code bugs or create a better matchmaking system, yet you still want him to do something.

@@KaneSoulbreaker I like the map but it's in the Duo rotation and is too big for Duos.. so either remove i from that playlist or make it slightly smaller.
miramar is fine from competitive game prespective (best after erangel)... but yes if playing casually it feels so much bigger... however small map like karakin is casual favorite maps so I like the idea to remove it in normal mode and placed it only in ranked mode...
