Energizers lift the mood! In this exercise, the group has the same goal - passing around the ZIP, ZAP, or BOING to each other without making mistakes. The team has to remain focused and keep an eye on each other. The exercise will cause hilarity in the group for sure. A great way to start the day!⚡️

Do you like this exercise? Let’s give these variations a try:
    1. Before they play the game, you can also tell them to send the ZIP, ZAP, or BOING at a fast pace. This will basically force everyone to concentrate. With a fast tempo instead of a slow tempo, the team’s cooperation will be tested.
    2. When the team has mastered passing around the ZIP, ZAP, or BOING, you can make the exercise more difficult by using new names to send on the turn. For example, instead of ZIP, ZAP, and BOING, they can now use “BIF, BAF, and BOF”. In this way, the participants have to shift their concentration to the new words and keep paying close attention.
Can’t get enough of this exercise? In my new book you will find more variations. Plus 100 other team building exercises, including:
    • Extensive explanations
    • Multiple variations
    • The outcome of each exercise
    • And a QR code linked to the corresponding video

I always hate it when coaches come up with exercises like this for adults, because they are of no use in the long term. I don't participate anymore either.

Ah yes, if you don't like doing them, than better not do them 🙏
A lot of grown ups like to play these games :)

You have plagiarized this from the New Games Book. You did not give them credit.

You’ll find this is a relatively old game, used extensively in Improv, going back to Circuit city, not exclusive to “New Games Book” either

@@DiscoReaperAgreed plus if you feel you "plagiarised" then can use different call name like
Pip pop zing, same concept different method
