I adore Sans as a character, but honestly I don't understand thirsting over him as he is in the actual game. He's a short funny bone man with a collection of Issues(TM) and I love him for it but I don't want him to bone me - I want him to be happy and get therapy. Canon Sans inspires no thirst in me. Some of the fanart/AUs though... some of them make me kinda get it.
