We did a sea trial not long ago and the engine access is not difficult. It’s just different than a typical trawler. I still don’t understand why most brokers showing these boats don’t show this feature. It’s not a negative feature after all.
You could absolutely fish from an Elling. There is at least one vessel that even has a removable fighting chair on the swim platform. These other comments are erroneous spam.

6 foot 5 inch is the ceiling height throughout most of the vessel.

No. You are unable to fish from this boat. Once you throw out your fishing line you will get an immediate error popping up.
There is a UN resolution which bans fishing from on board this boat.
