Some correction and suggestion in the video as a KTR student 1. For CSE the fee is 4.5 Lakh / yr or 3.5 lakh / yr for MTech Integrated 2. For any other branch - ECE , EEE , EIE , Mech , BT / BME , etc it is more like 2.5 lakhs / yr 3. SRM is a decent option for localite / chennai folks tbh 4. Hostels are quite pricy and the opinion was that it was not really up to the mark but better than hostels of other colleges (Some colleges in TN have horrible hostels but the college is quite good / exceptional with regards to other stuff - Amrita / Sastra anol) 5. There are management quota students albeit not so many in core depts - and I would say half of those management quota folks are not upto the standard while the rest is ot that bad 6. the weather is not that great and as a chennaite I kinda am used to it but if you are from north , beware as the college feels quite hot in some places .

Does SRM charge more fees for admission through 2nd phase than through phase 1? I couldn't confirm my seat for phase 1 and now they won't let me confirm it now
20 lakhs is only for CSE tbh , SRM is fine / decent if you are a localite / day scholar and you are in any decent branch CSE / ECE / EEE . But yes the intake is quite high here especially for CS / related domains .
