May I know why u have to melt all the ingredients togather, instead of creaming method the butter and sugar before adding in the rest of the ingredients?
@@kellychin2895 it’s to make sure the sugars melt so that you don’t have a grainy texture and it is also to get the bicarb to react, without bringing everything to the boil the bicarb won’t react with the other ingredients
