Ingredients:
*To make the beef broth:
-2 medium onions, quartered
-2 medium carrots, cut into segments
-4 cloves garlic
-15 peppercorns
-3 bay leaves
-700g beef bone with marrow
-750g beef meat
-about 3 liters of hot water (The water completely covers the meat)
-1 Tbsp salt (may need more or less, taste it)
*To make the caramelized onions:
-3 medium onions, thin slices
-1/2 cup of beef broth we made
-30g butter
*To prepare the shredded beef:

-1/2 cup beef broth
To make Mustard sauce:
-1/3 cup mustard
-1/4 cup mayonnaise
-1 Tbsp of pickle water
-1 Tbsp hot sauce

-mustard sauce
-caramelized onions
-cucumber pickles
Tips:
-You can keep the beef broth that we made and use it in any recipe that needs it for a week, or put it in the freezer for 1 month, or you can drink the broth, as it is very healthy.
-The amount of beef that I used is sufficient for 3 sandwiches.
