It is hard work getting it to grow from seed. Seeing you struggle lets me know i am OKAY, even professionals mess up from time to time. We are human. Thanks for the video.

Pete - Daniel from Northern VA…I’ve followed the elite lawn care plan the majority of this year and am very happy with the results. With fall coming up in the next month, I want to level the bumps and dips in my yard and wanted to get your suggestions on what product to use (ie topsoil vs sand) with a top dressing at the end as I plan to over-seed with the GCI TTTF. Specific recommendations on what to use and any other tips are greatly appreciated!
Thanks for all the great content you create. I check daily to try and learn something new.

    QUESTION!!!
Pete I’m redoing a small back yard going from your blue grass to tall fescue. Your seed of course. I’ve prepped and waiting to throw seed down once soil temps hit about 70 and after aeration and will throw down your starter fert you recommend to me which I also purchased. Once I get germination is there any benefit to using RGS at that point????????? Thanks 🙏🏻!
    God Bless!

Tiff Tuff Bermuda is also a bit more shade-tolerant than most bermuda stains. It can do well with only 5-6 hours of direct sun as opposed to other stains which need full sun.

Pete, I am getting ready to lay the sod at my new house, and was planning on spraying the Green Pop on the soil first, then laying the sod; followed by RGS afterwards. Would this be okay/less beneficial? Or should I spray it on top of the sod along with the RGS? Thank you sir!

What's up Pete!! Spraying my few acres tomorrow with some Triad Select to kill off the unwanted and some Talstar P to knock some of these bugs out and ofcourse a surfactant. Gonna wait 4 weeks then do my September plugging/over seeding. Once seed is down I plan to spray GreenePoP, RGS & Prodiamine all mixed together in my 31 gallon pull behind like I normally do. Does all that sound ok or should I leave prodiamine out and just put that down in early spring before soil temp reaches 55°?

Pete I'm getting ready to overseed and will be topdressing with a good compost. I have one of those Landzie compost rollers so it should lay down a pretty light consistent amount of compost. Would you recommend seeding and then putting the compost over the seed or laying the compost down then the seed and sort of rake it in. I've already dethatched and aerated. Love the content!
