I love Wilson! Played there in the 70's and it was in unbelievable condition. I wish the city would take better care of it. Look forward to the back 9.
Love his narration. Like everything is easy peasy - he's a phenominal player. A six iron from 200? LOL. I couldn't do anything he does, and yet his advice on how to play the course is still helpful. Just need to adjust it to my crappy game.
I'm playing Wilson tomorrow morning. Blue tees. I drive it around 240-50, 7 iron 140, PW 110. Played Harding once but never Wilson. Your videos help with strategy. LA City Senior Championship is in October. 54 holes Wilson & Harding. I plan on winning on my first try.(I'm joking, kind of). Hit me up if you're going to play Eldo or Big Rec one of these days. Navy too. Alright man, later.
I was halfway through your flyover on the second hole and was thinking "you could be a narrator for course flyovers"! Great stuff, big love from Australia!
nice! I've lived in LA county for 34 years now and still haven't played Griffith park! always wondered if it was worth sitting in 2 hrs traffic? thanks for the review!
Both the city and the SCGA host plenty of tournaments throughout the year that could make it worth your while to stay nearby overnight and play both of the courses at Griffith Park. Throw in a Dodgers game and you got yourself a great overnight trip to the city!
What time of year was this? I'm headed to Wilson and Harding for an LPGA Am Tourney in November, and a little worried about the course condition after seeing this video. It's in horrible shape!!!
how in the world did you get a tee time there? Hah.. played here in high school as a junior.. was $5 a round. Haven't been back since then. Thanks for vid!
Wilson is a harder course than Rancho, because of the greens. can't believe how slow and shaggy they look in this video. Usually they super quick and there are no flat spots on them anywhere. Rancho has the blind spots and is more uphill, downhill but the greens are much easier.

Your wish came true, Wilson plays great these days and has its winter coat on, so you know it looks good.
Thanks for the fun content. I look forward to next week's back 9
You have a great short game, always fun to watch you play… thanks
the drone shots are pureee, loved the whole video. subscribed!

🙌🏻🙌🏻
Terminator Tuesday is back!! Great recovery on hole 9. Dogleg galore like Anaheim Hills
I love the Griffith Park courses. He's a good player.
To bad Terminator Golf is not playing Wilson today. Grass from tee to green. Beautiful!!
I’ve got to get back to Wilson one of these days soon
My home course!!! Love Wilson, keep the great content coming 🙏🙏
More to come!

If only Golf Digest was hiring 🤷🏻♂️ 😢

Been trying to get on to Wilson for awhile now, tough to get a good tee time. Guess I should just try showing up as a single as you said
show up as a single, you'll wait 40 minutes at most, theyre good about getting singles out!
Great front 9. Your putting stats will be good ha!
my flat stick was certainly on fire out there!
Love your content, when is the back 9 going to be posted, been checking everyday! 🙏🏼
Right now!!
Beats Rancho in my view!
Really a coin toss to me. Both are fantastic public tracks that could use a refresh
Nice 5+ hours of golf. Pack lunch and plenty of patience.

They get people out off the waitlist all the time! I was lucky enough to play with a friend who's a resident
I was so confused in the beginning because I’ve never seen your eyes lol. Realized all the videos I’ve watched of you you’re wearing sun glasses
LOL, one of the benefits/hazards of SoCal is abundant sunshine! I'm not a fan of being outdoors without a good pair of polarized sunglasses on 😎
Comfy tap in pars all day
Wilson definitely better/more fun than harding, but LAs best municipal will always be rancho, if you can get on and don’t mind a five hour round!
Tough to argue here. Rancho is nearly impossible to get on!
Rancho is overrated, blind tee shots, and approach shots, I put Wilson 1st, Harding 2nd, Encino 3rd, Brookside 4th, Los Verdes 5th....

I won the LA City twice at GP and once was overall net champ at Rancho Park where I shot 74
they took the tree out the fairway on 7
That place gets way too much play for my liking.
No one likes a slow round of golf!
Harding is.better
Never played Harding! I’ll have to give it a shot
wilson is not even close to the best public golf course, cmon
