@@MMH450 thanks brother one more thing are these panniers compatible with OEM pannier rails by Royal enfield? or some modifications will be needed to mount these panniers. i already have pannier rails mounted from RE on my Himi, so far I'm only using soft luggage but planning for Panniers.

Chassis breaking issues have happened in himalayans which did not have any fittings installed, they were in factory condition, done just 4500km and these too , were on good roads. In conclusion the answer is lack of quality control, lack of good welding and arrogant brand which thinks nothing of sending out such vehicles into unsuspecting people.

If you are aware cylinderical hollow rods can convey more torque as compared to solid cylinder rod and the breakage is due to shear stress
Chalo man liya torque leta hai toh kya brand ko malum nhi tha ki ye tut sakta hai aur heavy kuch metal try karne ke liye
