  • Two tries apiece from captain Ash Handley and Harry Newman along with one each for Tom Briscoe and Aidan Sezer completed an impressive performance for Leeds Rhinos in the annual Wetherby Whaler Festive Challenge on Boxing Day 2021 at Headingley against Wakefield.

    Looking fwd to seeing how Myler and Fusitua link up with those long cut out passes. Kicking game looks like it’s gonna be a vast improvement on past seasons, very hopeful 👍

    I know it was a young Wakey team, but this match had so much to love, including a determined try by Sezer and, of course, the debut of young Jack Sinfield, which must have warmed the hearts of every true Rhinos fan!

    Sezer is good but a confidence player and injury prone, fusitua will be real good for you on the wing...2022 looking good for Leeds👍...

      we do say that every year but it then turns flat and disappoining. We sign good players every season but then again, they never seem to stay long (HURRAL is a good example) and the team is always a bit dis-jointed.

      @@neilchapman9266 yes, I have followed the last few seasons. Your right about players, I think it's more of a lifestyle thing for them and often friends/family. Merrin loved his time at Leeds by all accounts! HOPEFULLY 2022 is a good season for Leeds🙂👍
