Yes, I have felt the nerf in raid. I don't take TA or RS in raid anymore for testing and can produce a lot more HPS. I do however, run it in M+ as 3 echoes are good enough in 5 man content.
They are gonna kill this healer in pvp man, it doesn’t have enough HoTs to be a hot healer, and it doesnt do enough direct cast heals to be a reactive healer…. And now rewind, which is the only thing that stops your teammates from getting 1 shot consistently is getting nerfed 💀 rip pres 3s
wasnt rewind 50% before 10.1.5 ? so basically since from 10.1 its 17% + spiritbloom . they are kind of trying to lower evokers tier even though its not the best right now. I still love the playstyle an will continue to play as my man. I hope this class tuning from this week is not the only changes going to happen. Hopefully we also see some buffs as well to something else. Also temporal anomaly echo apply is being reduced to 3 from 5 as well. So preservation will be bad in raids it feels like but good in m+
All healers are getting nerfed it seems and I haven't been running Temporal Anomaly during raid testing. Evoker healing has been top in raid testing so far without TA.
Interesting. I actually think that temporal anomalys second node will be much more usefull to reduce the cds of empower abilities. Even if its not i would love to use it for more damage in m+ its like 10second off from all empowered abilities as u can cast it 2 times in between fire breath.@@HydroseMusic
I do not believe that the effectiveness of the applied echo from the 4 set was shadow-nerfed. I know the tool tip reads at 70% effectiveness, but that is how baseline echo, without the buff from the talent Time Lord to make it 105% effectiveness, is. If you look at the echo buff you gave the Warlock at timestamp 3:45 in your video, the echo reads, "105% effectiveness" which is what a standard echo buffed by Time Lord should do. The 70% effectiveness of echo in the 4 set tooltip is misleading. It does not mean you give out weak echoes, it means it gives out standard echoes, which are baseline only 70% effectiveness.
The tooltip was changed in game from 100% to 70%. This is not misleading, this is what has happened on the PTR since the tier set was available to test.
