  • Sweden's GDP has soared from a mere $14.5 billion in 1950 to a staggering $630.9 billion in 2022, a testament to its economic prowess.
A mixed economy, manufacturing prowess, social safety nets, education, healthcare, and innovation have fueled this remarkable growth.
Sweden's GDP, a shining star among global economies, continues to ascend.

I don't know if you heard of the post-Covid recession and the subsequent worldwide inflation, but that explains the temporary decrease in GDP which is also worldwide.
And saying that it is not expected to grow within 4 years is either very ignorant or cowardly dishonest. A stagnant/decreasing GDP for 4 years is not something that happens in a strong economy such as the Swedish one, and if you spend 10 seconds on google you'd find out that it is projected to grow by 1.3% already in 2025.

@@applepipe Nej, inte ignorant, utan dishonest.
You're lying through your teeth because you know that people won't look up the Riksbank's rapport since it is in Swedish.
The current two quarters decline in GDP, as I said, was expected and is worldwide so nobody is that worried about it. But there is no mentioning of a "4 years" decline. Maybe you're confusing years with quarters, but anyone with a basic Macro 101 course would understand what a four years decline actually means.
You're adapting real life economics to your own personal political agenda, whether you hate immigrants or you're one of those who think Sweden needs more refugees, numbers don't lie so stop twisting them.
