I'm a freelance news cameraman / videographer and recently purchased the Moza Mini S for run-and-gun interviews. I rarely endorse products, unless there is something unique about it. This gimbal is amazing. What makes it stand out from all the rest, super steady footage, and its ability to fold-up for traveling. It worked flawlessly out of the box. I'm going to take a closer look at the Moza Air 2 for my work camera.
I have issues after calibration - my gimbal still vibrates and spazzes out. Please help! I only got my device in August 2019 - was not expecting it to be malfunctioning so soon.
Mine's not working now. Bought only in less than a week. I tried calibrating but always fails! WTF?! Is there a reset button or something? Cause I'm really getting disappointed with my purchase of this!

You were the first one I’ve watched who mentioned about the tilt motor! Thumbs up 👍 and btw do you know if MINI MI can be used in both left and right for the phone positioning?

I received my Moza mini S ten days ago and it's the second weekend, so that's mean I can't call customer support, that the Moza genie app is FAULTY 😡. I press the recording button and start recording but the time code is not moving and when I try to stop recording is not Stopping. I tried different things like changing camera front rear to front or settings and the apps tells me that that's not possible cause I am recording but in fact I am (it's) not recording. I have to close the app and start again. But it still useless it will not record and it will not stop the fake recording. I will take a decision of what to do after talking to customer support on Monday. I really like the simplicity and the fact that has an extension to stretch which is very good when using the front camera and I could still use the camera settings of my Samsung to do some time laps and pro settings but I miss other settings that this app meant to offer and the control of the phone from the gimbal itself...

Update: it works with my Samsung a70 but only in HD mode not in 4k. That's mean that i can still use the Moza Mini S as gimbal stabiliser but not if i want to shoot in 4 k if I want to shoot in 4K I have to use it without the Moza Genie app. I hope that Genie app will upgrade and fix this problem and add the possibility to swap from back to front camera while recording..... I decided that I keep my Moza mini S
Bought my device and after one day trying to connect, finally found a tutorial on youtube and made it work, Now, 2 days after that battle, i cant use my Mini SE to shot ou edit some video. The device falls of from nowhere and the app cracks when i select a video to edit. Its simply irritating. How you guys launch an app worst than garbage? serious thinking in asking my money back... shame on you... More respect to the consumers!!!
My Moza Mini S will not connect to my LG V40 or My Asus zenfone 3 zoom. I cannot update the firmware as it won't connect to the laptop. This is very buggy unit and not fit for purpose.

This gimbal is crap. Don't waste your money. Ours literally has to be recalibrated every time it's turned on and it's only good for about 45 seconds before it fails. Absolute piece of junk.

how to reset gimbel
There's a little hole near the on/off button, press it to rest the gimbal.
