Again, at Madrid, he had the task to handle, James Rodriguez, Ronaldo, Bale, Benzema, Ramos, Pepe, Xabi Alonso and the likes. In a nutsell when it comes to managing egos in the dressing room, Don Carlo has seen it all so i don't think it will be a big deal for him at Madrid this season.
