- Not all airline crash pads are the same, but here a quick little tour of the one I've been crashing in for the past few months. Its perfect for commuting flight attendants and pilots, simple and clean with everything you need to be comfortable. Feel free to ask any questions in the comment section.

How lucky are you to live in a crashpad with that many women and all get along and keep the place nice and tidy! Glad that you will be in your own place soon, can't wait for that video!
Right I’m trying To figure out how they all (16) get along and bathrooms stay clean 😳😳... I also only saw 2 baths thats way too few I’m sorry. Nope. I’m 3 years in and not for me. I walked into a Crashpad in the Detroit area, they had about 14 crew members and all I can remember is the strong stench of pure must. I ran out so quick
16 crew members and all good vibes 😳😳 wow! You for sure lucked out
Haha I’m very grateful
I just got my CJO yesterday and I’m looking into crash pads. I love your videos I’m also in Boston.
can't wait for the new place!!! decoration time!
Yes 🤩
I'm impressed how clean it is for 16 people
I with I can say the same about some people who I know.
This pad is abnormally clean I have to say!
@@BalancedFlyer That's a Good problem to have,I hope all your roommates are like that
Thanks for this video it was really helpful I just received my CJO! 🎉
I can't wait to see your new spot!!!!
Fascinating to see Vera. I don't think crash pads are common in the UK. I guess it's necessary for you simply for the size of the country.
Do you set ground rules up front and get them to sign off? Is there one person in charge?
Airline professional looking for a crash pad in TPA any insight?
whats your worst experience with the crash pads? have you met any dangerous people? have people brought any body to the place that didnt belong? are there any over night visitors allowed in the crash pad or is it no visitors past a certain time?
Any tips on finding crashpads. Do you recommend crash pads before finding an apt in your domicile?
is a crash pad close to the airport for easier communitng for flight attendent trips
It was fun to see your crash pad❣️
Thank you for the insight ... looks nice. Will be great for you to move to your own place. I am so blessed to live at base so this looks very interesting to me. All the best :)
Thanks! Thought it’s be interesting for those who’ve never seen one
Very clean place for that many women. In the case of a full house, do you have set bathroom, shower time?
You will be so happy once you move into your own place. Will watch your new place vlog. 🛫🏠
Im assuming there would be but I’m not sure. It’s never been that crowded when I was here to worry about it thankfully!
I was looking for bouldering crash pads and yet I'm watching this whole video.
😂
Hello everyone,
I'm interested in trying to convert one of my rentals houses into a crash pad and I was wondering if the house is ten minutes
a way from the airport would that work? It would be in MIAMI.
Can I get this crashpad info 😅
I may be BOS base and live in ATL
Pretty nice! Well organized. I can 🙈 see how it could work! As long as everyone keeps it up 🙂 Labels food 🥝
Has there ever been a time where someone didn't get along and it was a bit tense? Oh and again your eyes are so pretty!!
Not really to be honest everyone is in and out so much there isn’t really time for that. At least not in the time I was there. And thank you!
how much does each person pay?
Is it hard to find a CP if your a new FA?
Hi, so as the name says, it's just a place to crash after red eye. Is it arranged by airlines or is that you all together took it for rent?
Hey! Yes it’s a place to crash either if you can’t get a flight to the city you live in or in between work strips if you have them stacked together and want to work them all in a row before you go home. But they are generally privately owned, sometimes by airline crew themselves or by someone who knows there was a market for it. The airlines typically don’t have anything to do with it. In this crash pad we had people from 3 different airlines.
Yayy! Love it!
🥰
Omg I just got anxiety with the bunk beds 😱because I can’t take people that snores not even a second
Nice channel!. Good luck with your new department. Have a good day
Thank you! My apartment is amazing!
Im moving into a crashpad in a few days. Im on reserve, would i need a check in bag? It isnt easy to go to and from my home to here.
Yeah I would def bring some essentials to have around! some extra outfits and what not.
@@BalancedFlyer the crashpad owner said i need to go home if i have more then 1 day off and doesnt want check in bags. But going to the east coast from Denver and back in 2 days isnt easy to catch a standby seat. Any tips on how to pack for this scenario using a carry on?
Ugh that’s annoying of the crash pad owner, you can’t always get home and back with just two days. I really don’t know in this situation, I would bring bare necessities and feel out the place once you get there. I would also continue to ship around for other crash pads. What city are you in?
@@BalancedFlyer i live on the east coast (IAD/DCA) and i am based in Den with a regional but we only fly united. So standby to iad is really hard esp in two days. Even so i just started and didnt have time after IOE to go home and get a coat and necessities:( the only up, is i am 🤞🏼🤞🏼 going for training for a mainline within the next 5 months for a LOD position and i know the two bases ill get. (Jfk and dfw) but for the rest of Oct i have 3 two days off and like you said its hard to fly home and come back in time for my 1st reserve day (esp for a newbie regional standby as mainline and seniors get priority 🥲)
Stay safe out there and God will watch over all of us.
How much rent would you typically pay a month for a crash pad
Everything depends but they generally range from 200 to 500. But they’re all different
Awesome vlog! Thanks for sharing beautiful lady😘😘😘 xox
How close is it to the airport? Is it like walking distance or do you still have to drive to get there?
It’s pretty close! Uber gets you there in less than 10 and there’s a shuttle near by that gets you there in 30
Great video
I managed a VERY successful crashpad at B6 in Boston...... it's more of a "don't tell" thing.....
As you’re telling me you ran one with your name and photo 🧐
Do you have problems or have of anyone having problems with getting their things stolen??? How do you prevent that??
Not really the only thing that gets annoying is food miscommunication or somebody thinking something is theirs so you have to label everything
@@BalancedFlyer I went to college for 3 years and yes people will take your food real quick 🤣🤣😭
Price, price, price?????
No, no, no.
Hi!
What website do you use to find a crash pad?
Just word of mouth!
Thank you 😊
Of course 💕
How much does it cost to rent a crash pad in Boston?
They really range honestly depending on where it is or how nice the place is. It’s usually around the 300 a month mark.
Omg I forgot I had asked this question! Thank you for replying 😊
LOL, TO sum it up " It's like your Mom's house but with norestrictions, but it's kinda like jail because you do have roomates, but better then jail because you have more bathrooms (Not been to jail Thankfully can someone else plz confirm if im right )
That is a very funny and interesting analogy haha
What city is this crash pad located?
Boston
Lolz. All the furniture is RH.
😂
Rter for Airbus chater services with Chad
Great video
Ty 😊
