I am so glad you showed us how to do this. I made this size last year and took it to Paris last year and put a few keepsakes and wrote a few notes in it each day about what we had done that day.
This album looks so easy to make. I love your tutorials because they are easy to follow. I will be making this album soon. TFS such a fun and easy project. You are an inspiration. Thank you
Love, love, love this mini album. I've made at least 2 dozen of them over the past few months. Every one is different with different papers, pockets, tags and other embellishments. Will be "teaching" a class at the local craft store on this style of album. Thanks so much for sharing this awesome album.
Thank You Kathy for your kind words and glad you found it useful. I know many people have made a One & Done on RUclips But I did mind as a request as others have said they find my other tutorials easy to follow. happy crafting Dawn x
Love your tutorial. I'm newbie to all of this and I like the idea of gluing on the pattern paper on first before you glue the book together. I made a file folder mini album glued it together first and now its taking me forever to glue the paper on.
All I have to say is Wow that was great!! loved your video and understand how sometimes you just want to make a quick one....I have made about 8 in the past 2 months to archive my photo's that were all over the place and had to make adjustments because my pic's are 4X 5 1/4 many printed pictures today are about that size some of the video's I have seen are just to small almost made for Polaroids pictures that aren't made anymore....love your video so sorry I just saw this but sooooo happy to see it now...I like the stack the deck method it's easy and quick as well....to see it done this way is just showing a genius at work!!!...All you have to do is work that math and you come out with wonders!! Thanks so much for sharing this great way to stack the deck
Dimi Ford Thank you for your kind words and just so glad you enjoyed my video Tutorial of this One & Done Album. This album is not orginally my idea but I have adapted the measurements to suit my project. The Stack the Deck hinge system is Laura Denisons idea and I love it as you say it is so quick. You can change the page size of this album easily too but it will use more cardstock. Happy Crafting. Dawn
Hi Wounjim, Glad you enjoyed making this One & Done Album, It is always good to hear how you all get on making these projects from my tutorials. Keep watching as there is more to come. Dx
Thank you for showing how to as you say "thinking outside the box." Loved this, the ease and simplicity of this project, show me that I could make several of these for gifts in a relatively short time. I would love the measurements please.
Hi Pat so glad you have enjoyed my video tutorial. As regarding the Wallet Brag Book have you attached your patterned paper without cutting the half circles? OR have you cut the half circles and not quite got them in the right place? let me know and I will try to help you. Regards Dawn

I made this with Christmas paper from BoBunny and it was easy to follow your video. I can't thank you enough for making videos that us beginners can follow along. I'm now trying the wallet, but finding I made some booboos with the circles because I forgot to bring my circle punch with me. How can I cover up my mistake and make my wallet still look good? Thanks again! You ARE the BEST.
Jamie Rainier-Miller I mainly use Collall All Purpose Glue And as you know it is great. here is a quick YT on all the Collall Glues ruclips.net/video/-X0UI7_YTRk/видео.html
Quick question.....why are you using double sided paper when the one side gets glued down and cannot be seen? I started one of these for a Christmas gift but I don't have any double sided paper on hand. Thanks!!

Hi Sarah I have used the same Mini Book in this Tutorial Tutorial Mini Scrapbook Album inside a Decorative MDF Box and if you go to my website there all all the measurements and instructions dawnsinspirations.com/tutorial-mini-scrapbook-album-inside-a-decorative-mdf-box/ this should make it easier for you.So glad you are enjoying the tutorials. Dx
Dawn, I'm not sure if you know this, but Laura Denison created this album as a paid tutorial for an online event called True Scrap. You seem to be basically giving her information away for free, other than changing the measurements a bit. How is she, as a designer like yourself, supposed to make money if others just copy the project and share the info for free? I'd like to kindly suggest that you take this video down, create your own original project, and then offer that to viewers, for free or for purchase as you see fit.
Hi,I was not aware this was still a paid only tutorial as Lain Ehmann herself has put a Free PDF of this Project on the internet www.layoutaday.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/Denison-Handout.pdf. Many crafters on the internet are showing their take on this project too undervarious different titles. However, I am aware Laura Denison is the designer of this album and if you watch the video you will see that I do mention this several times and give all kudos to her and the stack the deck hinge system.
It will be Collall Glue as these are still my favourites. I use Collall Tacky and Collall All Purpose. You can get them online from Crafters Companion and in Craft Stores
So glad you found the video tutorial easy to follow. Good idea to use cardboard covers this must make it more substantial. You can alway post me your pics on our Facebook page? I am sure our follows would like to see them as it is alway good to share ideas and inspire people. thanks again Dx

dianne vescovo What great idea to use it as a journal to take away with you rather than making and filling one when you come home. Super size too!
This album looks so easy to make. I love your tutorials because they are easy to follow. I will be making this album soon. TFS such a fun and easy project. You are an inspiration. Thank you
