If you want braces/need braces, here is information: If you plan on getting braces, get ready to have some pain the beginning as your teeth will shift and try to move your teeth. The fun part is changing the colors. I remember that having pink is not the best to have as it breaks easier than other colors. My braces took me two years as my teeth were messed up and I was born with a missing tooth so it all had to move around. You will have appointments to have your wires and brackets to be checked on, sometimes they tighten the wire which will make your teeth hurt but some pain meds can help. Once you are at the end of having braces, the removal process was not painful, they put little to no pressure on your teeth and snap the bracket off and it's a very easy process unlike the process of getting them put on. Having braces put on can take from 30 minutes to an hour. For me, it took almost an hour because how messed up my teeth were. Another thing to know about it bands that connect from your top teeth and bottom teeth, I had bands to pull some teeth foreward and it helped a lot. There was no pain at all, just remember to wear bands when sleeping and on a normal basis, only take them off during teeth brushing and eating food. Once they are off, you will wear retainers. Forever. You will be told when you should wear them and when you can take them off. Plus you will have to clean them too. Trust me, having braces may take long but it is worth it.

I actually just got my braces off! :D the only thing with getting them off is that I wore my bands so consistently and they were so thick and tiny that my jaw hurts without them :(
i got braces when i was 13, because that’s the age limit in Florida. i had them until i was 16-17. it was a pain at first, you gotta eat soft foods and everything because your teeth are so sensitive and the cement they use has to really set. it’s definitely an adjustment to get used to in your mouth, especially if you have autism like i do. the wax is going to be your best friend at the start. sometimes when they’d add thicker wire or tighten them, it would make them hurt soooooo bad, especially on my right side for me. i had to have teeth removed on the bottom though because i had overcrowding bad that was causing my two front teeth to almost fall out, which is why i needed braces in the first place. it’s honestly so painful when you look in the grand scheme of things but it’s sooooo worth it

Veneers at a young age is a one way ticket to losing your whole mouth before 30-40, it's a terribly damaging trend that shouldn't have become popular. They're meant to be last resort, along with implants. Youth whom have healthy teeth and bone density don't need them. They will be expensive, they will cause lifelong sensitivity to temperature and pressure, and your teeth will begin falling out long before they should have, as well as your bone shifting and receding in your mouth, causing crooked teeth and jaw issues. They're meant for elderly and people who are already practically losing their teeth; a last hoorah. Invisalign is a wonderful alternative to braces, less painful, less extreme, but the downside is there's very specific issues they can't fix that braces can [assess with your orthodontist]. Invisalign can be taken out at any time though, such as sleeping and eating.
About the braces: I had braces in middle school, and I know everyone has a different experience getting them taken off but my own personal experience was yes, it was EXTREMELY painful getting them taken off. Wouldn’t repeat it even if someone paid me to. But other people have their braces removed and say that they didn’t feel pain, so I think it varies from person to person as well as from orthodontist to orthodontist. Love the video as always, hope you’re well!

@@Ashlee64 The best way I can describe it is that nice feeling you get in your brain when you're yawning and it makes you feel relaxed and sleepy in a good way. I havent felt tingles in yearssss and i watched SO many ASMR videos "for people who lost their tingles" but this one is the only one that actually worked for me, is amazing!!!! Tysm 😭
13:47 I am people that have lost their tingles but let me tell you; the clickiness of the word 'crawling' + the echo + the hand movements = the tingliest combination ever 🥲 An extended version of just that would be magical ✨️
I had braces for 3 years, the only struggle is the pain and aching when you get them tightened. Other than that, there are lots of remedies to help with anything else that bothers you, like wax if your wires are poking the insides of your cheeks, etc. I hope you find something that suits you ❤
About braces!!! Alot of people have pain, but I think if your mouth isn't super sensitive like me, it wont hurt all that bad. The pain is mostly irritation and aching from movement or getting wires tightened. The worst pain I had during it was the things to keep my mouth open during application and removal. The colors are fun too, but retainers are not! I recommend opting for a bottom permanent retainer and a standard too retainer.
strongly recommend braces! I currently am going through my second phase of them, here is what to know: braces do not necessarily hurt..HOWEVER, for the first month, it will and when you get them tightened they can hurt for 3-5 days after but then you are good for another month. canker sores are a pain but easy to deal with. For an underbite, you'll use rubber bands to pull your jaw back into place so wear them whenever you can since that is your main goal. getting your braces removed does NOT hurt! I think he went to a bad place because that's the one part of braces that's smooth! the only part that could be annoying is that after removing the brackets there will be leftover glue on your teeth that they will drill right off (not your tooth, just the glue!!) but the MOST important thing about braces is...your retainer. too many times people don't wear them and then their teeth shift. WEAR YOUR RETAINER ANY CHANCE YOU HAVE!! this is super important Don't waste all that time and money. this sounds like a lot but OH MY GOODNESS! ITS WORTH IT! My jaw slid to the left side of my face because of how my teeth were growing in and it ruined my confidence, getting braces changed my life!
Braces tips! I had braces for over a year and only just got them removed. The pressure for the first month of getting them and the first two days after getting them tightened hurt and they may cut your lip ( like they did mine) but removing doesn’t hurt it just feels uncomfortable. They have to use a drill file piece to remove the glue used to stick the braces in and sometimes they flatten the bottom of your two front teeth. I’m getting my retainers in two days and it was the best thing I’ve ever done. I would definitely recommend getting them and it gives such a confidence boost!!!
I don’t usually comment on asmr vids but the intro portion of this one was amazing. The reverse trigger and the visual tingles from your hand motions was wild. Good job.
Your intro makes me feel so warm and fuzzy. It's just like... I'm actually welcome into your world and it's safe and happy and I belong here. Your videos are always so aesthetically pleasing and calming, it's like being inside a fairytale. ❤
LOVE U BATALA❤❤❤❤❤!! I CANT THANK U ENOUGH!!!! Due to my college schedule i couldn't get enough sleep. By watching ur videos, made me relax nd completely forget about my college. Ur such a lovely nd beautiful asmrist. Keep cherishing always! ❤
Oh man I had braces for like 2 years and the best part was when they where taken off. The pain was horrible, I had atleast one appointment per month at the orthodontist, and my whole mouth after 6 months still needs to recover because of the sharp brackets that accidentally scratched my tongue and mouth. 2 years of pain and food getting stuck in them. But all in all I’m really happy that I got them because I can finally confidently smile without shame :) And to everyone who also went through the pain or still is, I’m wishing the best of luck to you and I’m proud of you
I had first had braces at 10 years old and was supposed to have them on for 18 months but my mother was neglectful in that regard and I never saw my orthodontist again after a number of months. Eventually my wires broke and I remember removing some of the brackets myself which was so dangerous. I’m an adult now and my teeth are still fucked up but I WANT to smile confidently so I’m considering braces but I’m scared I’ll look childish🫠
@@MRAAng-on2jg Omg, I’m so sorry that happened to you :( but I can assure you that you won’t look childish, many people at your age still wear braces which has it’s perfectly normal reason. The aesthetic reason really shouldn’t bother you, the pain and costs on the other hand should. I’d say get them because it’s definitely worth it in the end. You’ll be proud trust me :)
And I had my braces on for 4 years or so...had them put on when I was 13 and had them taken off in December last year... Whereas, my little brother had them put on last year in September and he got his taken off in July...the lucky sod!
I had braces for 2 years and yes, it was hell for most of that time…But, everyone has different experiences! I had a severe overbite as a kid and I’m so,so so happy that it’s fixed. The results are worth it! Braces can change how your jaw alines with your skull so some popping may happen once you’re all done with them. I noticed that once mine came out. You get use to it. At the end of the day, it’s what YOU want. If you want to get rid of that underbite, then go for it! You will be happy you did. My last comment is that once you’re done with the braces and they give you your retainers, REMEMBER TO ALWAYS WEAR THEM. They are literally the reason your underbite wont come back. My sister had braces and didn’t wear her retainers after and now her teeth are back to the way they were. Good luck and thanks for the asmr!!
Braces info! I’ve had mine on for about a year and I don’t have them off yet but I’ve had a very positive experience so far. Clear braces may be a good option for you… it’s what I have and I love them. The brackets are porcelain and white to better match your teeth instead of sliver metal. They’re also a lot more durable and less prone to breaking. I would highly recommend them!! But regardless of what you do, you will still look absolutely gorgeous queen🫶
I rarely get tingles but got so many in this video! Nobody does the mermaid brush better than you! Also I had braces twice and they aren’t bad. Specially getting them off there was no pain for me!
Hi, I work in a dental office! Orthodontics > veneers at our age! I had braces, when I got them placed, I told my husband that night ‘take em off. I can’t eat for a year, I don’t want this.’ I love my smile now, I genuinely do & I regret waiting all these years! 🥰 you’re gonna do amazing, just have Tylenol and Advil at the *ready* for adjustments!
I remember when you first started out! I hadn't been to your channel in ages and I came here today and found out you now have ONE MILLION subscribers!!!!! Congratulations!!! 💮💐🌺🌻🌼🌷🌺🌹🏵🌸💐💝💖💗💓💞💜💥
I had braces in high school for 16 months. My teeth/bite were pretty messed up but adjusted fast with proper band use and regular adjustments. It hurts when they are adjusted each time for a day or two. I had Aleve, oragel, and wax to handle the pain and sharpness. When my teeth were straight and the braces were removed I noticed that my top and bottom teeth didn’t fit together and caused pain and discomfort when chewing. It persisted for years while I wore my retainer. I stopped wearing my retainer and my teeth and bite adjusted to a more natural position and now my teeth fit together and are still very straight after 5-6 years. I love my smile and underestimated how much my face shape would change.
I have three tips for potential braces haver! 1. Practice threading needles until you can do it with your eyes closed. I promise you the nightly torment of flossing will become so much easier 🥲 2. Get painkillers ready (preferably Advil or something) 3. Be patient, the process is really long and can last several years with various different stages and phases. I thought it was straightforward, but unfortunately that wasn't the case lol
Ok, so i've been immune to asmr for.. 2 months?? BUT THIS BROKE MY SHIELD!! also my fav colors are 🩵 and 💛 here's a blank space: for anyone who is gonna ask why i put a blank space, it's because the light of the video might be hard to sleep with. and it'll be easier to sleep with a blank space ! (as long as your on dark mode it should help.) reminders: drink some water and eat dinner put on pjs (if you wear them) take meds (if you take them) get in bed and relax. get a blanket. (if it's hot in your room, find a blanket that isn't fluffy and more of a soft cold texture but still keeps you warm.) have a good nights rest ! 💗💗💓💓
DUDE… i NEVER tingle when I watch asmr, it usually just makes me sleepy. The face brushing actually gave me a tingly sensation and I am honestly so surprised because this has never happened before
6:58 as for braces, i had them for 3 years!! they fixed my teeth and my overbite. when you first get them on, your teeth will be sore, and same for each time you get them tightened. you get used to it after a while and they'll stop hurting! when you get them off, sometimes your teeth can be a little sensitive afterwards but i can't say that mine were! braces are cute in my opinion and i liked getting to choose colors for rubber bands!! would recommend, they're safe and effective. just gotta remember to wear your retainer every night
Girl this is a GREATTTT video!!! Alsooooo, for your braces questions: I feel like braces always look good on ppl. I feel like it’s a fun accessory that nobody thinks will make them look as good as it does. I had braces a year ago for 11 months. When I first got them on, the first week was really really painful. My teeth were moving a lot during that week and my mouth had to get used to how the braces felt. My lips had to toughen up bc they got cut up just by me talking. After that first week I loved them. Getting my adjustments never hurt and I was never sore after. I loved how they looked on me. I also really liked changing the colors and I never had the same color twice💀. Getting them off hurt a little bit. Not them actually taking the braces off, but the filing that they did after they took them off kind of hurt. They kept hitting my lips with the file and THAT HURTEDDD. Overall, everyone’s experience is different. I was so insecure about my teeth before braces, so it was definitely worth it for me. Hope this helped girl🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

7:16 my braces didnt hurt at allll when i got them on or taken off, the only pain i've experienced is a kinda sore feeling on my teeth like a day or two after getting them on or getting the wires tightened which makes it harder to eat solid foods, so i pretty much lived on smoothies. maybe the pain he was referring to was the plastic cheek expanders they use to open your mouth wider when putting on and taking off braces, but that was just uncomfortable for me, not really painful. also, the ends of the wires can kinda "scrape" your inner cheek, though they've never caused any bleeding for me. my wire ends hurt for like a day but i guess my cheeks got used to it cause they haven't caused noticeable pain since then.
Hi batala!!! I have braces got them in june 2023. At first it feels like the worst pain bc ur teeth never felt that before. But once u go each month to get them tighten youll start to feel better! Plus picking the color to match the theme of ur videos would be so fire! 🔥 Anyways keep shining girl! God bless you ❤️

braces are not bad at all. I got mine when I was 19 and in college for a year. It wasn’t terrible. My teeth look amazing now, perfect smile. Nothing hurts besides some pinching yourself at the beginning. It’s painful for the first month because your mouth isn’t used to having the metal in your mouth, but it’s extremely tolerable. Get them! It’ll be a year of your life and you’ll have a perfect smile forever. Best deal. Taking them off was not painful at all, it was more noise than pain. I remember falling asleep, no pain.
Yes get braces!! Underbites is a structural issue. Braces will fix it!! Veneers will just go on top of the tooth and may make the underbite more obvious.

@@Ashlee64 The best way I can describe it is that nice feeling you get in your brain when you're yawning and it makes you feel relaxed and sleepy in a good way.
Took me a while to discover what gave me tingles, for me it's mainly deep rumbly sounds that they often have in ear cleaning roleplay videos or scratching mic videos. I'd recommend just exploring the ASMR landscape because it's just fun and there's some hilarious videos out there, and who knows maybe one day you'll find your tingles!

I’ve been SEARCHING for a mermaid brush trigger with minimal or bearable mouth sounds and Batala you’ve done me a great service😭🙌🏽 new fave video
I had braces for 3 years, the only struggle is the pain and aching when you get them tightened. Other than that, there are lots of remedies to help with anything else that bothers you, like wax if your wires are poking the insides of your cheeks, etc. I hope you find something that suits you ❤
I absolutely love when you do that rewind thing (1:06 - 1:12)
I don’t know why, but it scratches my brain so well 💖
About braces!!!
Definitely brought my trigger back, the other RUclipsrs would not even be close to what u are doing. The best asmr RUclipsr

This is the best ASMR video I have ever watched I love when you do the reverse thing it is so satisfying and tingly!!😆😁
But all in all I’m really happy that I got them because I can finally confidently smile without shame :)
And to everyone who also went through the pain or still is, I’m wishing the best of luck to you and I’m proud of you
I had first had braces at 10 years old and was supposed to have them on for 18 months but my mother was neglectful in that regard and I never saw my orthodontist again after a number of months.
The phone call part was so relaxing!

CONGRATULATIONS ON 1M SUBS!! YOU DESERVE IT SM !!🖤💚
Love the painting trigger such a deep and crisp sound
THE PHONE CALL SECTION OF THE VIDEO😱 JAWS DROPPED!! It was too good💗💗 Love your videos btw 💕💕
I can't wait to watch this after I finish my assignments 😴 perfect timing as always
I rarely get tingles but got so many in this video! Nobody does the mermaid brush better than you!

Me, i'm people 😭 I NEEDED THIS SO MUCH thank youuu 💖💖 been almost falling into insomnia again but this is helping me fall asleep 😭🩷
I love my smile and underestimated how much my face shape would change.
so glad i get tingles, they feel awesome
I have three tips for potential braces haver!
1. Practice threading needles until you can do it with your eyes closed. I promise you the nightly torment of flossing will become so much easier 🥲
2. Get painkillers ready (preferably Advil or something)
3. Be patient, the process is really long and can last several years with various different stages and phases. I thought it was straightforward, but unfortunately that wasn't the case lol
My favorite colors are!

Love todays video!
Ok, so i've been immune to asmr for.. 2 months?? BUT THIS BROKE MY SHIELD!!
also my fav colors are 🩵 and 💛 here's a blank space:
for anyone who is gonna ask why i put a blank space, it's because the light of the video might be hard to sleep with. and it'll be easier to sleep with a blank space ! (as long as your on dark mode it should help.)
reminders: drink some water and eat dinner
put on pjs (if you wear them)
take meds (if you take them)
get in bed and relax.
get a blanket. (if it's hot in your room, find a blanket that isn't fluffy and more of a soft cold texture but still keeps you warm.)
have a good nights rest ! 💗💗💓💓
Thank you for blessing us queen Batala, we all say in unison❤

6:58 as for braces, i had them for 3 years!! they fixed my teeth and my overbite. when you first get them on, your teeth will be sore, and same for each time you get them tightened. you get used to it after a while and they'll stop hurting! when you get them off, sometimes your teeth can be a little sensitive afterwards but i can't say that mine were! braces are cute in my opinion and i liked getting to choose colors for rubber bands!! would recommend, they're safe and effective. just gotta remember to wear your retainer every night

Girl this is a GREATTTT video!!!
Alsooooo, for your braces questions:
I feel like braces always look good on ppl. Hope this helped girl🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

my braces didnt hurt at allll when i got them on or taken off, the only pain i've experienced is a kinda sore feeling on my teeth like a day or two after getting them on or getting the wires tightened which makes it harder to eat solid foods, so i pretty much lived on smoothies. maybe the pain he was referring to was the plastic cheek expanders they use to open your mouth wider when putting on and taking off braces, but that was just uncomfortable for me, not really painful. also, the ends of the wires can kinda "scrape" your inner cheek, though they've never caused any bleeding for me. my wire ends hurt for like a day but i guess my cheeks got used to it cause they haven't caused noticeable pain since then.

Is it just me or are your nails extra clicky sounding today? 😅
Just got my tingles back after like 2 years ... I swear i didn't think this would work but it did

Yes get braces!! Underbites is a structural issue. Braces will fix it!! Veneers will just go on top of the tooth and may make the underbite more obvious.
